考量產品效能與環境衝擊下探討筆記型電腦模組化最佳設計

摘要


隨著環保意識的抬頭及歐盟指令EuP之規範,產品生態化設計之要求備受重視。本研究以筆記型電腦進行產品零組件模組化設計,首先以熵權重法與VIKOR排序法,計算出不同產品規格之效能值,以此評估各產品的效能。進而針對生態化設計四個階段:原物料取得、製造、使用及生命週期結束建構一成本數學模式,考慮產品組成結構、各階段成本與環境衝擊,藉此求出不同零組件所構成之排列組合的成本最小化。最後本研究綜合效能值與成本,找出對環境影響較小同時成本也較低的產品模組化組合,以期能回饋給設計端。

Due to rising awareness of environmental concern and regulation of the European directive EuP (Energy Using Products), eco-design requirements are becoming important issues. This thesis would like to study component-based modular product design in notebook computer. First we use the entropy weight method and VIKOR sorting method to calculate the effectiveness value of different product specifications in order to assess the effectiveness of each product. Furthermore, we develop a mathematical model for eco-design in four stages: raw materials acquisition, manufacturing, use and end of life. This model considers product composition, cost and environmental impact of various stages to find the minimal cost among different combination of components. Finally, we use a performance indicator to integrate effectiveness value and cost, in which we can find some combinations of components having not only lower environmental impact but also lower cost. These results can feedback to the design stage.
