摘要

無線射頻辨識系統 (Radio Frequency Identification, RFID) 在美國軍方、零售業者沃爾瑪 (Wal-Mart)以及各界的推動下，被認為是影響未來全球產業發展之重要技術，極具未來發展性。
本研究進行流程分析與系統分析，利用價值溪流分析製作現況圖與具有物流，資訊流及時間流的現行流程圖 (As-Is Model)，並以企業流程再造 (Business Process Reengineering, BPR) 的概念製作未來理想圖與改善後流程圖 (To-be Model)。相關之物流運送時間及成本等數據收集自實際物流倉庫，並利用此時間與成本進行績效衡量。本研究亦進行RFID軟硬體上線測試，並提供具體改善數據。本研究結果將能提供有價值的資訊以作為策略管理基礎並能在未來運用至RFID 物流倉庫管理。

With the push from US military, Wal-Mart and the other industry leaders, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) has become one the key technology influencing the industry development all over the world.
This study emphasizes the flow analysis and system analysis and uses value stream mapping methodology to draw current state mapping and as-is model with material flow, information flow, and time flow. Based on the concept of business process reengineering (BPR), future state mapping and to-be model with RFID application are also development. Industrial data from real warehouse are collected and use to evaluate the performance. The pilot implementation of RFID application to warehouse is conducted and real data of efficiency improvement is also demonstrated. The results of this study can provide valuable information for the warehouse management and the future application of RFID to warehouse logistics management.
