在職進修動機、生活滿意度與工作滿意度之關聯性 —以中原大學碩專班女性學生為例—

摘要


由於近年來職場男女平等化的觀念普及,越來越多的女性投入職場,成為全職婦女的比例也逐漸提高,而台灣教育的水準上升,使得高等教育的在職進修普及化、彈性化,而在兩性平等之下,不僅男性想要提升知識程度與競爭力,女性也希望能有機會參與在職進修,充實自己額外的知識,以增進自己在職場上的競爭能力與規劃未來人生的思考力,因此本研究以中原大學碩專班女性同學為研究對象,探討在參與在職進修的影響因素與生活滿意度和工作滿意度的相關影響。主要研究目的為:(一)探討影響女性在職進修動機;(二)探討女性在職進修動機影響因素對生活滿意度的影響關係;(三)探討女性在職進修動機影響因素對工作滿意度的影響;(四)探討女性的生活滿意度對工作滿意度的影響;(五)探討影響女性在職進修動機,對本身生活滿意度的影響,進而對工作滿意度的影響。 本研究採取問卷調查法,中原大學在職專班的女性學生為研究對象,總共發出437份,回收有效問卷為318份,有效回收率為73%,資料分析採用SPSS軟體之因素分析、相關分析、廻歸分析等對各項研究假設加以驗證,實證分析結果獲得以下發現: 一、在職進修對工作滿意度有顯著性正向影響。即女性無論是因求知興趣、職業進展或外界期望的考量上,進修後對其工作滿意都會有助於滿意程度的提升,顯示進修所學習到的知識及思考對其工作職務上有幫助。 二、在職進修動機對生活滿意度有顯著性正向影響。即女性在接受在職進修之後,知識水準提升有助於增進生活滿意。 三、生活滿意度對工作滿意度有顯著性正向影響。即女性從事在職進修對其生活滿意越高,越可以有助於對工作的滿意程度。 四、在職進修動機透過生活滿意度對工作滿意度有顯著性正向影響。女性經過在職進修後,透過學習提升生活品質,亦有助於工作滿意的提高。

With the popularization of the sex equality is promoted in the workplace recently, there are more and more females join the labor force. The ratio of the female labor force rises little by little. The rise of the level in Taiwan’s education makes higher education on-the-job study common and flexible. Under the viewpoint of sex equality, not only male but female want to have the opportunity to join the on-the-job study to get more advanced knowledge, skill, and abilities. Getting new knowledge can enhance the trainee’s competitive advantage in the workplace and thinking of future career planning. The object of this study is the group of female students of the on-the-job master program at University. The study was to explore the relationship among on-the-job study, life satisfaction, and job satisfaction. Questionnaire survey and statistic analysis were applied to explore the issue above. There were 437 copies sent to the objects, and totally 318 returned copies were effective. The ratio of the questionnaire return was 73%. The study was to adopt SPSS to test each hypothesis, and the results of the analyses indicated that: 1.There are positive effects of on-the-job study on job satisfaction. Based on the knowledge-pursuing, career-development, or outsider-expectation, females’ job satisfaction rises after they finished their on-the-job study. It reveals that the knowledge, skill, and abilities learned from on-the-job study benefit the female job performance. 2.There are positive effects of on-the-job study on life satisfaction. After taking on-the-job study, the rise of females’ knowledge can enhance their life satisfaction. 3.There are positive relationship between life satisfaction and job satisfaction. That means females who receive on-the-job study have higher life satisfaction and then they feel more satisfied with their job. 4.There are positive effects of on-the-job study on job satisfaction via life satisfaction. After finishing on-the-job study, females have a better life quality via learning, and this helps rise the job satisfaction.
