摘要


在面臨新興傳染病的威脅時,訂定一個即時防疫計畫是必須的,但訂定計畫時所需具備的專家知識,卻散佈在各不同知識領域間,在訂定計畫時,需要分別蒐集「病理學專家」對各種傳染病的意見與「流行病學專家」對傳染病可能傳染途徑推測的意見,才能產出最後的防疫建議,但徵求多方專家意見相當耗時,因而導致了計畫無法即時訂定,本研究試著提出以本體(Ontology)為基礎之知識整合平台,提供各知識源存放擬訂計畫時必要知識,並使用語意規則(Semantic rule)模仿專家訂定防疫計畫時的思維邏輯,以達到可以在新興傳染病爆發初期便立即給予防疫計畫的目的,最後再以知識驗證方式,驗證所設計的規則模型確實可以根據給入的疾病特徵,推論出必要的防疫計畫。

When facing the threat of emerging infectious diseases. It is necessary to make a real time immunization plan. However, expertise for making such a plan is scattered in different fields of knowledge. When making the plan, it is necessary to collect opinions of “pathological experts” on infectious diseases and speculative views of “epidemiological experts” on possible transmission channels to produce final immunization recommendations. However, it will take a lot time to collect expert opinions, thus making it impossible to make the real time plan. Therefore, this study proposed the ontology-based knowledge integration platform. To providing necessary knowledge for knowledge source storage when making plans. And used semantic rules to simulate the thinking logics of experts in making immunization plans to achieve the goal of presenting immunization plans shortly after the outbreak of emerging infectious diseases. Finally, we use knowledge verification to confirm that the proposed rule model could be used to infer necessary immunization plan according to the characteristics of the input diseases.
