發展IT災害應變的群體決策模擬系統

摘要


災害復原計畫(Disaster Recovery Plan;DRP)對於災害發生之時,藉由一套作 業程序,可以在組織商業機能(軟體、硬體)遭受中斷時獲得快速回應能力的應變 計畫,目前的災害應變計畫往往缺乏了從群體下的考量進行決策,無法達到組織 內部各個部門進行協同考量,除此之外在發生災害之時人為的決策速度無法迅速 的按照其組織內部的部門、權要機關的不同而給予不同的應變決策,針對上述問 題,本研究將收集對 IT 組織所造成的 IT 災害類型,以及 IT 災害的應變方法, 收集完成之後,對於企業組織所發生的災害,按照部門的不同、其部門的關注項 目的不同,對於災害給予適用的應變方法,其研究的主要設計分成三部分: (1)IT 災害的類型,對於所收集到的 IT 災害類型以及方法找出其主要概念(2)災害復原 計畫,發展知識本體(Ontology)達到彈性且快速的按照災害的發生,對於不同的 部門所關注的項目來給予決策(3)應變方法,根據災害的發生以及部門對 IT 災害 有著不同的關注項目下,藉由規則推論,來給予適用於其部門的應變方法。本研 究旨在設計一套專家災害復原應變模型,對於 IT 災害的發生並於組織各部門來 判別災害對於其部門所造成傷害的權重性來給予適用的應變方法。

Disaster Recovery Plan is a series of programs, which are used when a disaster has happened. It is an efficient procedure to respond and react to the circumstance when the organization (software and hardware) has been broken down by the accident. The current DRP lacks group consideration leading to inefficient communication between different departments. Moreover, a decision which is made under human logic cannot operate efficiently between different departments and also cannot provide a customized decision based on current circumstance .Based on the above problems, the research proposal collect various types of IT disasters within IT organizations and the different response measures toward these IT disasters. Then a proper DRP decision making response measure will be provided depending on the different requirements departments and organizations. The research proposal is design into three parts: (1) the proposal is going to collect and analysis different types of IT disasters leading to a key DRP concept. (2) an efficient and effective ontology is created under the key DRP concept. It also provides a customized decision making procedure depending on different requirements between different departments. (3) a proper DRP will be created and customized depending on different requirements providing suitable response measures . The research proposal is going to create a series of expert modeling of DRP. It is going to be a standard to measure the level of damages of an IT disaster within different circumstance in organizations.
