權力來源、權力轉換與關係要素對供應鏈整合之影響

在技術不斷創新、產品生命週期縮短下，供應鏈整合是目前企業競爭優勢的主要來源之一，企業對於供應鏈管理的重視已從作業面晉升至策略面。企業如何在供應鏈整合過程中，充分發揮整合能力以達成供應鏈整合績效，此為本研究之核心。本研究探討廠商之間的權力與關係要素如何影響供應鏈整合，採質性研究方法，以健身器材產業之製造商為研究對象。研究結果發現：（1）當「製造商」、「品牌商指定的供應商」、「製造商自有的供應商」其各自的專家權與法定權越高，越能影響供應鏈整合。（2）在供應鏈中，上、下游廠商間之專家權轉專家權、專家權轉法定權越高，越能影響供應鏈整合。（3）在供應鏈中，上、下游廠商間之信任驅動權力，權力互動又累積信任，累積之信任再促成專家權，進而影響供應鏈整合。

Under the circumstance of technical innovation and shortening life cycle of product, supply chain integration is becoming the main source of firm’s competitive advantage. The emphasis on supply chain management of firms changes from operation level to strategy level. The main idea of this study is to know how firms integrate supply chain to achieve the performance of supplu chain. This study explores how power and relationship among suppliers affect the supply chain integration. Qualitative research os adopted, and reseach target is manufacturers of fitness equipment industry. Three findings are proposed in this study. First, the higher the expert right and the legal right manufacturers, supplier designates of brand customers or manufacturers’ suppliers have, the more supply chain integration can be affected. Second, the higher the expert right and legal right are transferred among the upstream and downstream suppliers, the more supply chain integration can be affected. Third, trust driving power in the supply chain. The interaction of power cumulates trust, and the cumulative trust forms expert right between the upstream and downstream suppliers, thereby the supply chain integration is affected.
