摘要

隨著少子化情況日趨嚴重，各家庭對於孩童的健康問題也越來越重視。我國全部特殊兒童的出現率約在百分之十左右，而目前針對孩童是否為特殊兒童皆經由醫院醫師診斷，但是像偏遠地區孩童就必須經常面臨就醫不易的困難，因此從初步特徵診斷到症狀確定往往需要耗費家長許多寶貴的時間，甚至因此而延誤病情。
由於早期療育流程為:早期發現、通報、轉介、鑑定、療育，此過程往往需花費較長時間，因此本研究將利用電腦作業系統Microsoft Windows XP SP3，以PHP結合MySQL資料庫發展出一套早期療育初步診斷系統，並從自閉症、智能障礙、發展遲緩三大特殊兒童症狀開始著手，以利家長透過網際網路對此三大症狀進行初步診斷。此系統期望利用網際網路之便利性，讓家長可以方便且快速初步判斷出自家孩童是否患有此三大症狀，並經由初步診斷結果讓家長能夠更精準且快速找尋到適合的醫生，如此一來便可省去醫師從初步判斷到症狀確定的時間達到提早發現提早治療的目的。

Because of little number of kids in a family, every family pays more and more attention to children’ health .
In Taiwan, about ten percent of children are those with special needs. Currently whether a child be judged as a child with special needs or not is through diagnose process by a hospital. However, a child in a remote area has less medical resources, which for who needs diagnose is hard to be in a formal process. In current situations, the characteristics’ diagnosis to determine symptom often takes parents a lot of valuable time, and even treatments for a child with special needs will delay.
The process of early intervention includes five phases, which are early detection, reporting, referral, identification, and treatment. This process often takes a long time. By seeing the situation , this study develops a system of the early intervention initial diagnosis by using the computer’s operating system Microsoft Windows XP SP3, and PHP language combined with MYSQL database. The system includes to filter three common symptoms of children with special needs, including Autism、Intellectual disabilities、Failure to thrive. The objective is letting parents can easily to use the system to acquire sufficient information about a suspected child and then they will know what is the next step to help their child is, and where they can ask for help.
This system is expected to take advantage of the convenience of the internet, parents can easily and quickly preliminary get the ideas about their children’s potential symptoms. By the results of initial screen, parents can more accurately and quickly to find the right doctor, so that further shorten the early treatment process.
