Chinese Abstract

專案最重要的關鍵成功因素是專案人員的選擇,而人員具有多樣性,如資訊多樣性、社會屬性多樣性和價值觀多樣性。每個專案所具有的需求是不同,所要考慮的人員挑選也不同,因為上述因素造成知識源分散,所以要有整理知識源的技術來統合知識架構,但是在明確的概念架構下,會產生明確的集合,那個條件太過於武斷。本研究嘗試以知識本體為基礎,結合模糊邏輯的概念,建置專案團隊組合挑選的彈性化,藉由概念特徵以及事實的經驗分類,使專案和人員知識源有完整的概念化結構,最後透過模糊計算進行人員個別匹配度計算,將人員的匹配度放入團隊組合中,使得媒合的組合更具彈性化。

English Abstract

The choice of the project personnel is the most important critical success factor for project, and persons diversity, such as information diversity, diversity of social attributes and values diversity. Each project has different needs to be considered in the choice of personnel is different, to cause knowledge source dispersion, so there must be to collate knowledge source technology to integrate knowledge architecture because of the above factors, but a clear conceptual framework, will produce clear a collection, that condition was too arbitrary. This study attempts to ontology-based, combined with the concept of fuzzy logic, flexible combination chosen to build the project team, the project and staff knowledge source classification by the concept characteristics as well as the fact that experience complete conceptualization structure, and finally through the fuzzy calculated individually match, the match of personnel into the team combination, making the match a combination of more flexible.
