摘要


在產品開發階段,可靠度設計需要各個部門組成的開發團隊與供應商充分合作。為了確保產品功能績效與可靠度目標,能在最適時間,以合乎成本效益方式達成,一項以電子產品的可靠度設計程序而發展出的查核表應運而出。本研究所發展出的可靠度設計程序及其相關查核表,亦可經適當的轉換而適用於各種不同電子產業開發其新產品。

Design for Reliability (DFR) requires joint cooperation among many departments in product development team and suppliers during product development phase. In order to assure desired product functional performance and reliability targets can be established in the right time and cost effective manner, a checklist based on design for reliability process are developed in this research for electronic products. The DFR process and associated checklist for each process can be adopted with adequate changes for various electronic industries in their new product development.
