近年來因為爐碴後續處理與堆置問題,造成社會對爐碴的反感,為了增加爐碴資源化利用之可行性,以爐碴取代天然粒料,希望減少天然粒料之開採,但爐碴中具有高度不穩定之物質,未處理前若將其加入水泥砂漿中,易造成體積膨脹,導致水泥砂漿斷裂或龜裂。 本研究透過一系列安定化程序、粒徑大小之改變、以及卜作嵐材料的添加,並採用普遍使用的CNS 1258卜作嵐水泥熱壓膨脹試驗法、ASTM C227砂漿棒試驗法及模擬ASTM C1260快速砂漿棒試驗法之規範,進行爐碴膨脹量量測,並找出不同安定化程度爐碴所引發的膨脹行為,接著透過XRD與SEM試驗分析爐碴之化學與微觀性質之變化,並探討爐碴對水泥砂漿之基本力學行為影響。 結果顯示,安定化程序確實可以安定爐碴中不穩定之物質,但需要足夠的處理溫度與時間,利用調整爐碴粒徑大小或添加卜作嵐材料均可達到抑制爐碴水泥砂漿之體積膨脹問題,但抑制成效不及利用安定化程序方法先處理爐碴明顯。而經過適當安定化處理之爐碴,對水泥砂漿的體積穩定性,可表現出優於使用天然粒料的試驗結果。最後本研究嘗試提出爐碴在水泥砂漿中的潛在膨脹檢測方法,使爐碴可實務應用作為水泥砂漿細粒料。
Recently, the subsequent process and problems of slag ballast results in social resentment. In order to increase the possible utilization of slag ballast and replace the natural pellet, it would like to reduce the exploitation of natural aggregates. However, slag ballast includes in the highly unstable substance. If it adds cement mortar before it is done, it would easily lead to volume expansion. Also, it cause be broken or cracked. In this study, we measured the expansion of slag ballast by a series of the steady program, the changes of the particle size and pozzolan materials addition. It also measured in method of CNS 1258、ASTM C227 and simulate by ASTM C1260. It can be find out the expansion under the difference in steady degree of slag,We explore the impact on the basic mechanics slag ballast behavior of cement mortar by following XRD and SEM analysis of chemical changes. According to the study, it show that the program of stability really can settle the unstable ballast. But it need enough time and temperature by adjusting the particle size or also adding pozzolan materials that it can inhibit volume expansion of cement ballast slag problems. However, Stabilization program is the obvious way that make it less effective suppression. And under the volume stability of cement mortar, the appropriate of stabilization is better than using natural aggregates. Finally, we attempts to bring up the potential expansion in cement mortar, it can be used as ballast fine aggregate cement mortar.
