國中特殊教育教師的工作壓力與因應策略之探究

摘要


本研究旨在探討國中階段特殊教育教師的工作壓力與因應策略,透過與普通教育教師比較更深入探討特殊教育教師的工作壓力與因應策略。利用自編問卷「國中階段教師工作壓力與因應策略之調查問卷」收集資料,共寄出250份問卷,問卷有效回收為248份,有效回收率為99.20%,其中124份為普通教育教師,124份為特殊教育教師,其中普通教師之資料作為效標參考之用。所得資料以描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關分析等進行統計分析。茲將研究結果歸納如下: 一、 國中階段特殊教育教師的工作壓力中等偏高及因應策略中等偏高。 二、 國中階段特殊教育教師因不同年齡、最高學歷、擔任職務與學校區域,在部份工作壓力上有顯著差異。 三、 國中階段特殊教育教師因不同性別、年齡與教學年資,在部份因應策略的使用頻率上有顯著差異。 四、 高工作壓力組在工作壓力方面顯著高於低工作壓力組,在因應策略上顯著低於低工作壓力組。 最後依據上述研究結果提出建議,以提供相關教育行政機關、學校、特殊教育教師與後續研究參考。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the working stress and coping strategies for special educational teachers in junior high school, by comparison with the general education teachers more deeply into special education teachers’ working stress and coping strategies. The research method employed in this study was survey method and the research tool is made by the researcher "junior stage teacher working stress and coping strategies questionnaire" to collect information, a total of 250 questionnaires mailed questionnaires effective recovery of 248 copies, of which 124 were for general education teachers, 124 special education teachers. The 248 collected data were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistic methods, including mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation analysis, and Spearman Correlation analysis. The major findings of this study are as follows: 1. The Special education teachers to work under pressure and coping strategies of medium to high frequency of medium to high. 2. In terms of the personal background variables, part of the working stress on the speical education teachers has significant differences in “age”, “education”, “duty”, and “teach area”. 3. In terms of the personal background variables, part of the coping strategies on the speical education teachers has significant differences in “gender”, “age”, and “teaching seniority”. 4. High working stress group significantly higher than the low working pressure group stress at work, in terms of frequency of use of coping strategies significantly lower than the low working stress groups. Finally, related suggestions for further studies were provided for educational authorities, schools, special education teachers and general affairs directors.
