本研究旨在探討桃園市國民中學校教師休閒運動參與、復原力與工作滿意度之現況,分析不同背景變項之差異及相關情形,並瞭解三者因果關係及桃園市各行政區在上述變項得分群聚情形。問卷調查以桃園市公立國中教師做為研究母群,立意抽樣選取20所學校,717位教師為研究樣本,以國民中學「教師休閒運動參與量表」、「教師復原力量表」及「教師工作滿意度量表」為研究工具實施調查,資料處理以描述性統計、t考驗、F考驗、積差相關、結構方程式與階層集群分析等統計方法進行資料分析。 本研究結果歸納如下: 一、桃園市國民中學教師休閒運動參與現況中下、復原力與工作滿意度之現況佳。 二、不同背景變項之休閒運動參與、復原力與工作滿意度知覺有所不同。 三、休閒運動參與與復原力、休閒運動參與與工作滿意度呈現低度正相關、復原力與工作滿意度呈現中度正相關。 四、休閒運動參與與復原力對工作滿意度具有預測力。 五、教師休閒運動參與、復原力與工作滿意度三者間具有因果關係,復原力是休閒運動參與與工作滿意度之中介變項。 六、桃園市各行政區國民中學教師在休閒運動參與、復原力及工作滿意度有群聚關係。
This study is aimed to explore the relationships among junior high school teachers’ participation in recreational sports, resilience and job satisfaction: Taoyuan City as an example. The approach adopted questionnaires and using stratified random sampling to investigate 717 samples that include teachers from 20 schools. Collecting data were analyzed by the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and SEM and cluster analysis. In order to strengthen the research, selecting eight people to interview. The conclusions are as follows: 1.The teachers’ participation in recreational sports perceived by the teachers from junior high schools in Taoyuan City was low, resilience and job satisfaction perceived by the teachers from junior high schools in Taoyuan City are all significantly above theoretical average. 2.Teachers with different background variables have significantly different perception in teachers’ participation in recreational sports, resilience and job satisfaction. 3.One minor positive correlation is between teachers’ participation in recreational sports and resilience and the other one is the correlation between teachers’ participation and job satisfaction. And, the resilience and the job satisfaction are middle-size positive correlations. 4.Teachers’ participation in recreational sports and resilience has the significant prediction toward job satisfaction. 5.Resilience is a moderate variable between teachers’ participation in recreational sports and job satisfaction. 6.In Taoyuan City, every district presents in different groups in this research with three variable scores.
