國中教師自我效能、情緒管理與教師幸福感關係之研究－以桃園市為例

摘要

本研究旨在探討桃園市國民中學教師自我效能、情緒管理與教師幸福感之現況，並分析不同背景變項之差異、相關、預測情形，並瞭解三者因果關係及桃園市13區在上述變項得分群聚情形。本研究採取的研究方法為問卷調查法，以103學年度桃園縣60所公立國民中學，共5872位現職合格教師作為本研究母群體，分層隨機抽取645位教師為研究樣本，以「國民中學教師自我效能、情緒管理與教師幸福感問卷」為研究工具實施調查。資料處理以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、多元迴歸分析法、結構方程模式以及集群分析法等統計方法進行資料分析。
本研究結果歸納如下：
一、桃園市國民中教師自我效能、情緒管理與教師幸福感之現況良好。
二、不同背景變項之受試者對教師自我效能、情緒管理與教師幸福感知覺有所差
異。
三、教師自我效能、情緒管理與教師幸福感呈現高度正相關。
四、教師自我效能、情緒管理與教師幸福感具有正向預測力。
五、教師自我效能、情緒管理與教師幸福感三者之間具有影響關係，情緒管理是教師自我效能與教師幸福感的中介變項。
六、桃園市行政區國民中學在教師自我效能、情緒管理與教師幸福感有群聚關 係，以分為三組為佳。

最後，本研究依據上述結果，提出相關建議，俾供教育行政機關、國民中學校長與教師，以及後續研究者參考。

This study is aimed to explore the current situation, different background variables, correlations, forecast, and intermediary effect among teachers’ sense of self-efficacy, emotional management and well-being of public junior high schools in Taoyuan County. The method, involving the questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview, is survey research. The approach in this study adopts questionnaires and uses stratified random sampling to investigate 645 samples that are from 60 schools. Collected data are analyzed by the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, multiple regression, SEM and cluster analysis. Besides, In order to strengthen the research, select ten people to interview. The results can be concluded as follows:
1.Sense of humor, self-efficacy, emotional management and well-being perceived by the teachers from public junior high schools in Taoyuan County are significantly above theoretical average.
2.Teachers with different background variables have significantly different perception in sense of self-efficacy, emotional management and well-being.
3.There is a high correlation between every two variables of sense of humor, self-efficacy, emotional management and well-being.
4.Sense of humor and physical and mental health have the significant prediction toward innovative teaching.
5.“emotional management” is a moderate variable between sense of self-efficacy and well-being.
6.In Taoyuan County, every county city, township and town presents in different groups in this research with three variable scores.

Finally, the study will offer suggestions for the educational administrative institutions, junior high school principals and teachers, and future researchers.
