鋼棒複合加工機良率改善

Yield Rate Improvement of a Steel Bar Composite Processing Machine

摘要


此研究在探討鋼棒複合加工機因機台老舊或是設計不良造成的誤動作問題,加以解決和改善,複合加工機是由小型矯直機、抛光機和噴砂機或是布輪機所組成,其功用是針對鋼棒原料進行加工,最後形成鋼棒等產品。噴砂機是複合加工機重要的一環負責鋼棒原料表面清潔,當停機或誤動作會造成產品淘汰的機率大增,所以針對噴砂機做一系列的改善或是改造,其改造方式大都選擇最省錢、省力的捷徑,以免造成停機太久產線停機時間過長所造成的損失。此研究一開始將先判斷是感測器的問題,將感測器更換後發現不能完成改善良率,因感測器不能完全改善良率,所以從程式上去變更動作,最後使用程式改善良率,使良率提高至0.98以上,並將問題回報給製造商,請製造商更改圖面改變設計,使得其後機台產生工作正常。

This research explores how to solve and improve the misoperation problems caused by the old or poor design of the steel bar composite processing machine. The composite processing machine of steel bars is composed of small innumerable levelers, polishers, and sand blasting machines or cloth wheel machines.The functions are the processing raw materials to steel rods, and finally formating steel rods. Sandblasting machine is an important part in the composite processing, which is responsible for cleaning the raw surface of the bar material. Shutdown or malfunction increase the possibilities of product elimination. Most of people will choose the most economical way to do a series of improvement of sandblasting machine, which is to prevent the loss of long time in shut down. In the beginning, we assume the sensor maybe the problem. Due to replacing the sensor still does not improve the yield rate, so we change the movement in the program. Then we find that revising the program can greatly increase the yield rate up to 0.98. Thus we feedback these problems to manufacturers, and ask them to revise the design. Finally, we focus the problem on one of the sandblasting machines. There are no such issues in the other machines because of revised design.
