本研究主要將「精實生產系統」之概念與手法應用於存貨管理中,輔以流程管理的技術將其運用在評估物料供應上所遭遇之問題,透過了解現況、分析流程、找出改善點後,進行問題的解決,如此周而復始地持續改善,期待能夠達到精實生產系統所強調的消除浪費,藉此有助於物料供應流程的改善;此外實施看板機制來強化物料供應流程,利用看板拉動物料,使物料能夠及時到達,以降低現場庫存量,故本研究建立一套實行看板機制時的步驟,有助於公司實施看板機制時有一遵循的法則,研究結果顯示出在計算看板數量這方面,改善後明顯有較低的庫存量。

English Abstract

This research focuses on the concept and technique of Lean Production System to apply in Inventory Management and uses the technique of Process Management to estimating problems about materials supply. We solve problems by understanding current situation, analyzing processes, finding improvements. We will expect to achieve eliminating waste of Lean Production System by continuing improving. It will be very helpful for improvement of material supply processes. Additionally, proceed Kanban mechanism strengthens materials supply process. Materials are pulled by Kanban, made it arrived in time, and reduced shop floor inventory. Therefore, this research establishes one logical step to carry out Kanban mechanism. Companies can follow the rule when carry out Kanban mechanism. The result of the research displays the counting number of Kanban obviously lower the inventory after improving.
