滲流種類對膨潤土布自癒能力之影響

摘要


在全球水資源正面臨嚴重不足的今天,保育及開發水資源並有效利用刻不容緩。而水資源貯蓄及地下水污染防制工程中,採用適當的阻水材料也直接影響其工程效果。目前常見的阻水材料包括:膨潤土布(GCL)、夯實黏土層(CCL)、與不透水布(GM)等,均可應用於廢棄物掩埋場、水庫、人工水塘或其他防滲阻水的工程中。 由於膨潤土布在現地應用時可能遭受穿刺破壞及不同種類的液體影響其阻水能力,因此本研究將針對膨潤土布阻水效果與膨潤土礦物性質的相關性進行探討,以期瞭解膨潤土布的自癒能力、膨潤土的吸水膨脹能力及土壤礦物結構變化之間的關係。 由研究中滲透試驗結果得知,膨潤土布在自來水及地下水液體環境下具有相當程度的自癒能力,但在海水環境中,則無治癒能力,並由X光繞射分析結果發現,蒙脫石礦物結構因高價陽離子的至換而改變,是膨潤土失去其吸水膨脹的能力的原因。

The sealing effect of moisture in landfill liners containing geosynthetic clay liners (GCLs) are largely influenced by moisture retention, swelling, and the self-healing behaviour of bentonite used in GCLs. The method of binding of GCLs also significantly affects the behaviour. To examine these aspects, percent swell tests under different types of liquid were conducted on a sodium-based GCLs. Permittivity tests were performed on GCL specimens with different hole diameters. The test results are presented and discussed. The study shows that the GCLs considered have a good self-haling capacity for the case of punctures. In this study, GCLs specimens were hydrated and permeated with different liquids. The experimental results show that even if GCLs were hydrated with liquids other than fresh water, they still had the ability to retard infiltration effectively. X-ray diffraction analysis method was used to investigate the mineralogical properties of bentonites. The crystal structure of montmorillonite in bentonites were determined by X-ray diffraction and fluorescence analyses. The results show that the crystal structure of montmorillonite in bentonites were changed by permeation with polyvalent cations
