開放式廚房於住宅空間中之多元表現探討

摘要


隨著時代變遷及現代生活習慣的轉變,廚房已經漸漸演變為生活重心空間,「開放式廚房」理念也開始在人們的心頭生根發芽。廚房除了設備需求及使用要求外,廚具在室內空間的整體美學協調性上也更加重視,本研究的目的為開放式廚房的廚具設計構成分析融合機能與美感的探討。而「人」才是空間中最重要的主角,每個人的個性相異,反映出的生活品味及實踐生活的優雅與美感大不同,以往室內設計的空間配比總把客廳當成住宅的重心,視為家人團聚互動的場所,現在住宅空間規劃概念已經截然不同於過往,當廚房與餐廳.客廳的空間關係模糊了,空間中的界限少一點,人互動就能多一些,而現代的開放式廚房的功能與價值,除了以往以烹飪製作料理的實用性外,更是家人及朋友一起享受美味時光的空間,有些人甚至把它當成社交互動的場所,廚房空間中人在空間中所呈現的多元表現是本研究探討的核心。經由本研究的「廚具的構成分析」分為七大項目,從平面探討到品牌、功能、材質、五金、電器、風格等以及「人於廚房中的多元表現」可分為家庭互動、交誼聚會、商業行銷等,藉由本研究可知,廚具及人的融合,使得開放式廚房是一個展現生活態度、情感交流的幸福製造地,更是充滿魅力的生活場所,重要的是帶給人們一種全新的生活方式,重新定義了「開放式廚房存在於居家中的價值」。

With the changing times and the transformation of modern living habits, the kitchen has gradually evolved into the focus of life space. "Open kitchen" concept began to take root in people's minds, kitchen in addition to equipment requirements and the use of requirements. Kitchen utensils in the overall aesthetic coordination of interior space also pay more attention to the purpose of this study for the open kitchen . Kitchen utensils design analysis of integration function and beauty of the discussion. And "people" is the most important protagonist in space. Each person's personality is different. Reflecting the taste of life and practice the elegance and beauty of life is different from the past, the interior design of the total living room as the focus of the living room. The concept of residential space planning has been completely different from the past. When the kitchen and dining room. Living room space is blurred. The boundaries of space less, people will be able to interact more. and modern open the function and value of the kitchen, in addition to cooking in the past to make the practical use of cooking, but also family and friends to enjoy the time of delicious time. Some people even put it as a social interaction. The kitchen space in the space presented multiplicity is the core of this study. The "Kitchen Composition Analysis" is divided into seven projects. From the plane to the brand, function, material, hardware, electrical appliances, style. "People in the kitchen of multiple performance" can be divided into family interaction, friendship party, business marketing. By the study we can see that the integration of kitchen utensils and people, making the open kitchen is a show of life attitude, Emotional exchange of happiness manufacturing. It is full of charm of life. It is important to bring people a new Lifestyle, redefining the value of "open kitchen in the home".
