本研究旨在探討桃竹苗三縣市高中職校交易領導、轉型領導與工作士氣關係之現況,並分析不同背景變項之差異、相關、預測情形。以桃竹苗三縣市高中職校軍訓教官為研究母群,分層隨機抽取68所學校,361位軍訓教官為研究樣本,以「軍訓教官知覺軍訓主管運用領導及工作士氣問卷」為研究工具實施調查研究,問卷回收320份,可用率為88.6%。問卷回收以描述性統計、 -test、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、多元迴歸等統計方法進行資料分析。 本研究結果歸納如下: 一、桃竹苗三縣市高中職校交易領導各構面以「主動介入管理」最高,「被動介入管理」最低;轉型領導各構面以「激發動力」最高,「願景塑造」最低;工作士氣各構面以「工作投入」最高,「團體凝聚力」最低。 二、不同背景變項之軍訓教官,其交易領導知覺有所不同。 三、不同背景變項之軍訓教官,其轉型領導知覺有所不同。 四、學校規模較大之軍訓教官,其工作士氣有所不同。 五、「交易領導」、「轉型領導」與「工作士氣」之間,呈顯著正相關。 六、轉型量表中以「智力啟發」對於整體工作士氣最具預測效果。 根據上述所得之結果,提出本研究對教育行政機關、軍訓主管、軍訓教官與未來研究之建議。
This study investigates the current situation, different background variables effecting, forecast and relationships of transactional leadership, transformational leadership and job morale of Taoyuan ,Hsinchu,Miaoli Counties. According to “transactional leadership, transformational leadership and job morale”, based in Taoyuan ,Hsinchu, Miaoli Counties using stratified random sampling of 361 military training instructor from 68 schools. Receiving back 320 valid ones after the elimination of 41 invalid ones. The valid response rate is 88.6%. All data collected were analyzed by the methods of descriptive statistics, independent -test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation etc. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The highest dimension of Taoyuan ,Hsinchu,Miaoli Counties senior high school transactional leadership is “initiative involvement management”, the lowest dimension is “passive involvement management”; the highest dimension of transformational leadership is “inspiriting motivation”, the lowest dimension is “perspective represent”; the highest dimension of job morale is “work investment”, the lowest dimension is “association cohesive force”. 2. Military training instructors with different background variables have significantly different perception in transactional leadership. 3. Military training instructors with different background variables have significantly different perception in transformational leadership. 4. Military training instructors work at large schools have the highest perception level of job morale. 5. There is a high positive correlation from transactional leadership, transformational leadership and job morale. 6. The best forecasting of the dimensions of transformational leadership is “inspiriting intelligence”. According to the results above, suggestions are given to educational administrations, military managers, military training instructors and future research.
