本研究的主要目的在於探討桃園縣國小高年級教師的工作壓力與工作倦怠之現況,並探究教師工作壓力與工作倦怠兩者之關聯性。本研究採用問卷調查法,以桃園縣國小高年級教師為研究對象,採分層隨機抽樣方式取樣510人,問卷回收502份,有效問卷497份,有效回收率為97.45%。根據資料分析之結果,本研究獲致以下之結論: 一、桃園縣國小高年級教師在整體工作壓力的知覺程度屬中等程度,其中「工作負荷」層面的得分最高。 二、桃園縣國小高年級教師在整體工作倦怠的感受程度屬中等程度,其中「情緒耗竭」層面最高。 三、在不同背景變項與工作壓力的關係上,以年齡「31-40歲」、學校規模在「25-48班」的教師所覺知的工作壓力較大。 四、在不同背景變項與工作倦怠的關係上,以年齡「31-40歲」、服務年資在「6-10年」的教師所覺知的工作倦怠較大。 五、教師工作壓力與工作倦怠之間具有顯著正相關。 六、教師工作壓力對教師工作倦怠具有顯著的預測力。
This study was to explore job stress and job burnout of the senior grade teachers of elementary schools in Touyuan county. The relationship between job stress and job burnout was also investigated. The study adopted the survey method and the questionnaires were given to senior grade teachers of elementary schools in Touyuan county by stratified random sampling. The questionnaires were mailed to 510 teachers and the valid return rate was 97.45% and 497 teachers participated in this study. The results of the study were listed as the following. 1. The teachers’ job stress were at medium level. The work load dimension received the highest score of job stress. 2. The teachers’ job burnout were at medium level. The emotional exhaustion received the highest score of job burnout. 3. Teachers who were at the range of 31 to 40 years old or worked at school size between 25 to 48 classes perceived higher level of job stress than other groups of teachers. 4. Teachers who were at the range of 31 to 40 years old or had worked for 6 to 10 years perceived higher level of job burnout than other groups of teachers. 5. There was a significantly positive correlation between job stress and job burnout. 6. Teachers’ job stress can significantly predict teachers’ job burnout .
