新世代的來臨,國內外競爭隨日劇增,企業需增加其競爭能力並有效提高生產力再加上面臨物價上漲、人事成本提高,企業合併將是未來各企業提升競爭能力的選項。本文將以合併案為研究主軸並以個案為研究對象,過去的文獻中,較少有關於在合併案下整合MES系統的相關文章,有鑑於此,將進一步進行研究。 本研究擬以個案研究為主,利用訪談法,以訪談方式進行研究,主要是可以深入主題,透過詢問可獲取各類抽象的資訊,分析訪談內容資訊,探討找出整合MES系統關鍵要素與企業合併與資訊系統整合影響。 本研究發現其主要的關鍵因素有五項,1.為系統整合的困難程度2.客製化問題3.主管的支持度4.員工的配合度5.流程作業上的困難度;人的因素與員工的負面情緒因素為阻礙企業進行合併的因素;高階主管的角色與員工工作流程彈性度對企業合併為正向影響的因素。 建議可以多善用企業組織力量,若能先取得各高階主管支持,專案主導者由資深且熟悉公司流程運作者擔任,各部門推派出有能力且有實權的key User,資訊人員為技術與系統支援的窗口,各項工作再進行展開,如此能更有效率完成合併案的各項工作。而在系統整合方面,被合併的員工可以提早進駐總公司學習。此個案的想法與架構可提供其他產業參考,期許能藉此個案研究對於部份企業或資訊人員有些許幫助。
The arrival of new generation, the domestic and international competition increases with the sun severely, enterprises need to increase their competitive power and improve productivity effectively in addition, face price rise, personnel cost to raise, it is that every enterprise of the future improves selecting of competitive power that enterprises will amalgamate. This text will regard with Consolidation and regard case as the research object, in the past literature, it was less likely to have relevant articles about MES system integration process base on consolidation, in view of this, will further carry on research. In this research, we have adopted case study method, carry on research by way of interview, can mainly deepen the theme, obtain all kinds of abstract information through the question, analyze interview information, find out that which was key of combine MES system base on consolidation and the factor of enterprise with information system combination. Originally discover its main key factor has five items, 1. difficult intensity of system combination 2. the question of customization 3.Manager’s degree of support 4. employee of working Co-ordination 5. difficult intensity on the work flow; Human factor and negative mood of employee factor to hinder that enterprise amalgamation; executive Managers and employee workflow elasticity degree will positively influence consolidation. I suggest that could be in order to make the best of Organizational strength, can obtain every executive Manager support, the project leader is served as by the senior employee and person who familiar with company's procedure operation, every department sends having the ability and has key User of the real power, the window which information personnel supported for technology and system, every job is launched, can finish every work of the project incident more efficiently. In terms of system integration, the merged employee can garrison in the head office to study ahead of time. The idea and structure of case this can offer other industry consult, I hope that it will make use of case study to be useful for some enterprises or IT employee.
