本研究旨在探討校長全面領導、教師組織公民行為與學校效能之關係,以桃園縣國民中學為例,試圖了解桃園縣國民中學校長全面領導、教師組織公民行為與學校效能之現況,分析不同背景變項填答者對此三個變項之差異情形、談討三個變項之間的相關、預測及因果關係,並探究桃園縣各鄉鎮市國民中學在上述變項得分之群聚情形。本研究採問卷調查法,以桃園縣58所公立國民中學校長及教師為研究母群,普查58位校長並抽取1,067位教師為研究樣本,以「校長全面領導、教師組織公民行為與學校效能問卷」為研究工具實施調查。資料處理以描述性統計、t考驗、F考驗、積差相關、典型相關、多元迴歸、結構方程式與階層集群分析等統計方法進行資料分析。本研究結果如下: 一、桃園縣國民中學校長全面領導、教師組織公民行為與學校效能之現況佳。 二、不同背景變項填答者對校長全面領導、教師組織公民行為與學校效能知覺有所不同。 三、校長全面領導高分組對教師組織公民行為與學校效能知覺高於校長全面領導低分組。 四、校長全面領導、教師組織公民行為與學校效能呈現高度正相關。 五、校長全面領導、教師組織公民行為對學校效能具有預測力。 六、校長全面領導、教師組織公民行為與學校效能三者之間具因果關係,教師組織公民行為是校長全面領導與學校效能的中介變項。 七、桃園縣各鄉鎮市國民中學在校長全面領導、教師組織公民行為及學校效能有群聚關係。 最後,本研究依據上述結果,提出相關建議,俾供教育行政機關、國民中學校長與教師,以及後續研究者參考。
This study was aimed to investigate the current situation, different background variables effect, correlations, forecast, and intermediary effect among principals’ total leadership, teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior(OCB), and school effectiveness of public junior high schools in Taoyuan County. The method adopted in this study was survey research. Adopting stratified random sampling, data were collected from 1,125 samples that included 58 principals and 1,067 teachers in 58 schools. All data collected were analyzed by the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, canonical correlation, multiple regression, SEM, and cluster analysis. The conclusions are as follows: 1.The principals’ total leadership, teachers’ OCB, and school effectiveness perceiving by the participating principals and teachers from junior high schools in Taoyuan County are all significantly above theoretical average. 2.Principals and teachers with different background variables have significantly different perception in principals’ total leadership, teachers’ OCB, and school effectiveness. 3.The teachers from the high-achievers group in principals’ total leadership have significantly higher perception in principals’ total leadership, teachers’ OCB, and school effectiveness than the teachers from the low-achievers group. 4.There is a high positive correlation between every two variables of principals’ total leadership, teachers’ OCB, and school effectiveness. 5.Principals’ total leadership and teachers’ OCB have the significant prediction toward school effectiveness. 6.Teachers’ OCB is a moderate variable between principals’ total leadership and school effectiveness. 7.In Taoyuan County, every county city, township and town presents in different groups in this research with three variable scores. Based on the results above, the study offers suggestions for the educational administrative institutions, junior high school principals and teachers, and future researchers; hoping to shed light on the development of junior high school education in the future.
