摘要

本研究旨在探討國小學童獨處能力、寂寞感與生活壓力之關係。以桃園縣國小六年級396位學童為研究對象，使用問卷調查法蒐集資料，所使用的工具包括：「獨處能力量表」、「寂寞感量表」、「生活壓力量表」。研究結果如下： (一) 國小六年級學童生活壓力中下。 (二) 不同家庭結構學童之生活壓力在「家庭壓力」層面達到顯著差異。 (三) 獨處能力、寂寞感與生活壓力之間具有顯著關聯性。 (四) 獨處能力與寂寞感對生活壓力有顯著預測力。

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among the ability to be alone, loneliness, and life stress of elementary school students. The sample consisted of 396 students from sixth grade students in Taoyuan county. The data for this study was collected through questionnaire surveys. Instruments used in this study included the Ability to be Alone Scale, the Loneliness Scale, and Life Stress Scale. The results was listed as the following: (a) There were middle to low level of students’ life stress; (b) there was significant difference between family types in the “family stress” aspect of life stress; (c) there were significant correlations among the ability to be alone, loneliness, and life stress ; (d) the ability to be alone and loneliness could significantly predict life stress.
