304不銹鋼疲勞裂紋成長速率預測公式之研究

摘要


本研究是依據Deng等人的實驗結果,測得SUS304不鏽鋼在不同最大應力下的疲勞裂紋成長數率。將各實驗點畫出直線連接X軸與Y軸,再以比例估算數值,並利用曲線貼合法(Cure fitting)模擬成方程式。 其多項式係數是利用MATLAB polyfit的功能求出,再用Origin繪出曲線圖,然後與Deng等人的實驗值比較。結果本研究更能準確預測SUS304不鏽鋼疲勞裂紋成長數率。 本研究分析一次多項式係數微調,平均誤差41.85%,一次多項式係數微調並加入應力參數,平均誤差39.64%。

This study considers the fatigue crack growth rate of SUS 304 under different stress intensity application based on the experimental data presented by Deng et al. The tested data are linear and directed to the corresponding X and Y-axis and further calculated into figures with scale ratio. The equation is then simulated with Curve fitting formulas. The polynomial is derived from MATLAB polyfit, The curves are converted to linear graphic with origin program, The results was then compared to Deng's experimental results. The final results indicate that this research estimates more precisely for the fatigue crack growth rate of SUS 304. In this research of polynomial application with minor adjustments, the average error is 41.85%; the average error for polynomial application with minor adjustments and stress intensity factors is 39.64%.
