當今企業的經營環境,無論在國內或國際市場,都面臨到激烈的競爭。企業必須要擁有核心專長及核心能力,這是企業創造競爭優勢的重要基礎。擁有良好的基礎,企業才能開發出核心產品及核心事業,進而爭取更多的企業價值與商業利益。 本研究引用國內學者建立之「The Integrated Model of Core Competence and Core Capability」(核心專長與核心能力整合模式架構)Yang(2015),並以台灣工紙產業領導公司之一的Y 公司作為討論個案,首先分析工紙產業的關鍵成功要素及各主要公司的競爭優勢,從而訂立Y 公司的核心能力運作架構,期能藉由公司案例的分析,驗證此架構是否能與台灣企業內部的經營架構相對應。 由本研究的結果,我們可以了解,發展核心專長,並有效地執行核心能力是任何企業為了追求較高的長期利潤的重要戰略。對工紙企業來說,透過核心專長與核心能力整合模式架構的建立,可以對競爭優勢的形成,產生極大助益。
The enterprises encounter a serious competition from both local and global markets in today’s environment. They need to develop the core competencies and core capabilities, which are also the foundation of companies’ competitiveness. With good foundation, the corporate can develop core product and core business in order to gain more enterprise value and commercial profits in the competitive environment. The research cites “The Integrated Model of Core Competence and Core Capability”from domestic scholars and takes an example of Y Company, which is one of the best companies of industrial paper in Taiwan. We discuss the Key Success Factors of industrial paper business and analyze the competitive advantages of the leading companies in this field. Based on the analysis, we can develop a framework of core capability operation system of Y Company in order to verify whether the structure can be correspondent to internal management structure of corporate of industrial paper business in Taiwan. Based on the results of this research, we can clearly understand that developing core competences and effectively implementing core capabilities are the important strategic actions for any enterprise in order to pursue high and long-term profits. For the enterprises of industrial paper, it is essential to construct “The Integrated Model of Core Competence and Core Capability”, which can result in huge contributions to establish the competitive advantage.
