考量最小成本與達交率於平行機台排程研究-以針織業為例

摘要


本論文主要是研究單一階段平行機台做排程問題,運用數學規劃法,並結合產業特性,建構出適合於針織業的模式。最後透過Lindo6.1與個案實際驗證,達到最小成本與達交率的績效指標。於範例一中,總成本從555降至475,減少總成本14%,達交率為50%;於範例二中,總成本從1308降至276,減少總成本79%,達交率從33%提升至50%,證明其可行性。

In this research, the major study is the parallel machine scheduling in a single production stage. Using the Mathematical Programming and according the industry characteristic to create a model that can apply on knitted industry. Also, it adapts the software of Lindo6.1 to implement the model. Then try to using a case to verify this model by minimizing cost and ordering fill rate. In example one, the total costs fell to 475 from 555, the total costs reduces 14% and ordering fill rate is 50%. In example two, the total costs fell to 276 from 1308, the total costs reduces 79% and ordering fill rate increases from 33% to 50% and confirm it feasibility.
