職業教育的目標,便是培育國家經濟發展所需的各級技術人力(吳清基,1995)。為了培育人才、鼓勵學習,目前職業學校配合政府政策,推行證照制度,輔導學生於高職階段就能考取餐飲證照。 本研究主要目的在於瞭解烘焙技能檢定通過率對高職餐管科學生學習行為之影響情形。研究對象為高職餐管科三年級學生,採問卷調查法,共發出400份問卷,回收391份有效問卷,回收率約97%。資料分析方法以獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、交叉分析進行研究探討。研究結果發現:在學習動機上,學生最認同的是參加技能檢定可增加成就感,有助於專業技能的提升,並且對未來就業是一種幫助﹔在學習態度上,學生認為通過烘焙檢定會對往後的學習更加努力,以求得更精進的技術﹔在學習環境上,學生最認同的是老師上課會講解術科操作方法及注意事項,會鼓勵同學參加技能檢定,讓同學瞭解考取證照的重要性。
The goal of vocational education is training up people needed by the national economic development at all levels of skilled manpower (Wu Ching-ji, 1995). In order to bring up students and encourage them to learn aggressively, the professional schools support the implementation of licensing system by the government policy and help students having the food and beverage licenses. The main purpose of this study is to realize the impact of learning behavior of the students in vocational school by the passing rate of the baking licenses. In this study, it shows students agree most that skills certification can increase a sense of accomplishment, helping to upgrading of professional skills and future employment. In learning attitude, students would do more efforts in the future after having the licenses; in the learning environment, most students agree that the explanation of operating methods and precautions of skills by the teachers will encourage students to participate in the exam of the licenses, and realize the importance of having the licenses.
