高中職餐旅群業界專家協同教學實施成效之研究

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解高中職餐旅群業界專家協同教學之實施成效,為達研究目的,採文獻探討、問卷調查與質性訪談等方法來蒐集資料,依文獻探討結果,發展自編之「高中職餐旅群業界專家協同教學實施成效之研究問卷」與訪談題綱為研究工具,以抽樣方式調查參與101學年度餐旅群業界專家協同教學之學生,共計333位;訪談部分為業界專家與任課教師6位,資料收集後以獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析進行資料處理。 整體而言,業界專家協同教學實施成效堪稱良好,研究結果發現如下:一、業界專家協同教學提升學生實務操作之能力,二、業界專家與任課教師教學相長,三、業界專家協同教學促進餐旅業界與學校產學合作,四、業界專家協同教學獲各界認同。 根據上述研究結果,提出相關建議如下:一、擴大辦理業界專家協同教學,二、有效利用業界專家授課內容與教材,三、強化產學連結之關係,四、落實協同教學之實施,五、充實專家人才資料庫暨檢索系統。

This research explored the outcomes of collaborative teaching of the industry experts hospitality-major category in senior and vocational high school. To achieve the purpose, the use of literature review, questionnaire survey and qualitative interviews and other methods to collect information. According to literature results, to develop of self in The Questionnaire Of “ the collaborative teaching implementation of effectiveness of the industry experts in hospitality and tourism senior high school ” and interview subject headings as the research tools. The study sampling is focus on 101 school semester of the collaborative teaching of the industry experts in hospitality and tourism senior high school students, and the study total have 333 students as sampling. Moreover, the study would interview 6 experts who are in the hospitality and tourism industry. The survey would take independent t-test and one way anova to do data processing. The overall, the outcomes of collaborative teaching of the industry experts hospitality-major category in senior and vocational high school is good, the research findings are as follows: 1. collaborative teaching may enhance the practical operation ability of students. 2. the industry experts and the course teacher can teaching and learning together. 3. the collaborative teaching makes the exchange of industry and academia cooperation. 4. the collaborative teaching obtain community recognition. According to the study results, the researcher suggests: 1. to expand performance the collaborative teaching activities. 2. to effective of industry experts teaching content and teaching materials. 3. to strengthen the relationship between industry and academia links. 4. to implement of collaborative teaching. 5. to substantial pool of experts data retrieval system.
