人格特質、專業承諾與實習滿意度關係之研究-以國立高雄餐旅大學實習生為例

摘要


本研究目的在探討「人格特質」、「專業承諾」與「實習滿意度」關係之研究。並以「專業承諾」為中介影響,探討「專業承諾」對「人格特質」與「實習滿意度」間是否具有中介效果。針對國內唯一餐旅專業之國立高雄餐旅大學日間部四技實習生為研究對象,且於海外實習或臺灣地區觀光及餐旅相關產業之知名企業進行為期一年的校外實習(101年7月至102年6月,共計12個月)。本研究以結構方程模式(Structural Equation Modeling, SEM),作為驗證各變項間關係之研究工具。資料分析方法如下:敘述性統計分析、信度分析、相關分析、獨立樣本 t 檢定、單因子變異數分析(Analysis of Variance, ANOVA)與驗證性因素分析(Confirmatory Factor Analysis, CFA)。 本研究結果發現,「外向性人格特質」對「專業承諾」具有正向影響;「勤勉審慎性人格特質」對「專業承諾」具有正向影響;「專業承諾」對「實習滿意度」具有正向影響;「外向性人格特質」對「實習滿意度」具有正向影響;「勤勉審慎性人格特質」對「實習滿意度」具有正向影響;「專業承諾」對「外向性人格特質」與「實習滿意度」間具有部分中介效果;「專業承諾」對「勤勉審慎性人格特質」與「實習滿意度」間具有部分中介效果。因此,本研究驗證更提供「專業承諾」對「外向性人格特質」、「勤勉審慎性人格特質」與「實習滿意度」間具有部分中介效果之管理意涵與研究價值。最後,提出結論與建議給予產業界及學術界之參考,並提出未來研究建議以提供後續研究者之相關參考。

The purpose of this study is to explore the mediating effect of professional commitment on the relationship between personality traits and internship satisfaction. The survey data were collected from the National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism. Interns who had completed a one-year off-campus internship participated in the research. The research tools include a personality traits scale, a professional commitment scale and a internship satisfaction scale. A structural equation modeling analysis was performed by using Amos. Data of this research takes descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, canonical correlation analysis, t-test, analysis of variance, confirmatory factor analysis. The study found that extraversion personality has a positive impact on professional commitment. Conscientiousness personality has a positive impact on professional commitment. Professional commitment has a positive impact on internship satisfaction. Extraversion personality has a positive impact on internship satisfaction. Conscientiousness personality has a positive impact on internship satisfaction. In addition to, professional commitment to extraversion personality and internship satisfaction has intermediate effect partially. Professional commitment to conscientiousness personality and internship satisfaction has intermediate effect partially. At the end, this study provided suggestions to hospitality and tourism industrial circle and schools who are interested in this issue.
