摘要 本文試以台灣地區UV膠產業主要經營者作為研究對象,空氣污染影響健康的環境與生活品質,此所引發的危害因素,使我們研究探討從網絡的觀點分析UV膠產業的網絡動態演化。採用「Koka et al. (2006)」研究模型,「劉柏余(2009)」、「何岳峰(2010)」及「魏淑靜(2014) 」產業的創新動態,驗證UV膠產業的網絡「演化順序」與「特徵」與研究者的模型是否一致,或另有獨特演化方向。透過專家訪談,實證產業動態網絡的順序與特徵,和Koka et al.(2006)的網絡模型,以及TFT-LCD產業有何不同之處。希望藉著網絡動態分析,了解企業外部不確定性因素,和資源豐裕度如何影響UV膠產業網絡的變化,以及企業在整個網絡中所處的位置,讓決策者作適當的回應。實證「UV膠產業」在擴張期階段,進行「新產品的破壞性創新」的改革策略是否正確。實證UV膠產業與其他文獻所研究的結果,在各階段演化的「期間長短」是否一致,差異性何在,並提供UV膠產業決策者,了解產業所處的網絡特徵及網絡位置,可從網絡特徵中,判斷如何降低產業的不確定性因素,及增加產業資源豐裕度,提供產業就未來發展之參考。
Abstract This paper uses Taiwan UV adhesives industry operators as the main object of study. Air pollution affects the complete environment and the quality of life caused by risk factors. So our study is from the perspective of network to analysis network dynamic evolution of UV adhesives industry. Using "Koka et al. (2006)" Model, "Mr. Liu Yu (2009)," "He Yuefeng (2010)" and "Weishu Jing (2014)," innovation dynamic of industry, to verify that the network "evolutionary sequence " of UV adhesives industry and its "features" which is consistent with the researchers' model, or another unique evolutionary direction. Through expert interviews, to find sequence and dynamic characteristics of empirical industrial network what are different from Koka et al. (2006) network model, and of the TFT-LCD industry. We hope the network dynamic analysis to understand the external uncertainties, and how resource abundance affects the change of UV adhesives industry network, and the position of the enterprise in the entire network, so it can let decision-makers make appropriate responses. To verify "UV adhesives industries" in the expansion stage, it knows whether the reform strategy of "disruptive innovation in new products" is correct or not. To verify the results between UV adhesives industry and other research literature, "the length of the period" in various stages of evolution are the same or not, and what differences are, and provide UV adhesives industry decision-makers to understand the industry in which the characteristics of the network and the network location, it can be found from the network characteristics, it determines how to reduce the uncertainties in the industry, and increase the resources abundance of industrial to provide reference for future industrial development.
