技專院校學生海外實習體驗價值之研究

摘要

本研究主要是在了解台灣技專校院海外實習的體驗價值、探討現行技專院校學生前往海外實習的成效，並劃分成「行政配套」、「課程規劃」、「學生輔導」與「學習成果」等四大層面，進而了解海外實習的規劃與配套對學生體驗價值的影響、四個主要層面與學生體驗價值之間的關聯性。
而根據研究結果發現海外實習的四大層面與海外實習成效有關，雖然其中不乏受到法律、經濟、社會、多元文化、外語環境等影響，但多數學生與受訪人還是對海外實習制度存在高度的滿意度，在學生海外實習的組織社會化歷程中，無論語言能力、專業能力都有大幅的增加，且會提高學生海外發展的意願，並且加深對自身行業的留任意願。此外，海外實習制度仍存需要改進的地方，如建立嚴謹的海外實習前作業、爭取更多海外實習機以及後續海外行政作業。最後，本文此提供產、官、學界不同面向的建議，以提高海外實習計劃的成效。

The paper is to understand the experience value of overseas internship system at Technological College and Junior College in Taiwan and to investigate the effect of the current overseas internship system in Taiwan. The study distinguished the overseas internship system to four dimensions, including administrative support, curriculum planning, student guidance, and learning outcomes. The paper find the four dimension of overseas internship related to overseas internship effect and indicate that number of students have high degree of satisfaction. Finally, this paper provide some advices to improve the effect of overseas internship program.
