非營利組織轉型社會企業之變遷衝擊分析-以菩提長青村為例

摘要

近年來，台灣受全球經濟不景氣的影響，致使依靠個人、企業、與政府捐款補助的非營利組織面臨資源匱乏的衝擊，迫使改變經營型態而朝向社會企業運作。然而，非營利組織轉往社會企業運作仍會面臨相關衝擊，導致組織再度面臨困境，此時非營利組織該如何去因應，實為一重要課題。本研究主要以「菩提長青村」作為個案探究，輔以文獻分析法、參與觀察法、深度訪談法，並透過個人層次、組織層次、及環境層次分析架構的剖析，了解社會企業在運作過程中可能面臨的相關衝擊；並經由菩提長青村運作模式的摸索，了解其是源於921大地震，經過十一年來政經環境變遷，仍然以完全免費的老人互助社區照顧模式服務弱勢老人，讓社區老人家生活過得更充實、更有意義，實為一個特殊的社會企業運作模式。最後，希冀透過個案相關衝擊的因應策略及其特殊社會企業運作模式的剖析，來對一般朝向社會企業運作模式的非營利組織提出其實務管理經驗的啟示。

In recent years, Taiwan by the global economic downturn, resulting in relying on individuals, businesses, and government contributions to Non-profit organizations face grants the impact of scarce resources, forcing changes in management style and towards the operation of social enterprises. However, the Non-profit organizations still face the related impact when it to the relevant social enterprises operations, it will result in the Non-profit organizations face difficulties again. This is an important issue, how this time should the Non-profit organization go in accordance to. The research mainly inquired into "Bodhi Chang Ching Village" as the case study, that with document analysis, participant observation, and in-depth interview for the research methods, and that through the individual level, organization level, and environmental levels of analysis framework for the analysis, to understand of social enterprise the related impact which possibly faces in the operation process. And the research by way of the "Bodhi Chang Ching Village" operation pattern's analysis, understood that it stems from 921 earthquake, and that after 11 year political and economic environment changes, still completely free care model service for the weak trend old person, so that the community elderly people lived fuller, more meaningful. Actually, this is a special social enterprise operation pattern. Finally, hoped for that by the case related impact in accordance to the strategy and that the special social enterprise operation pattern's analysis, comes to the general mode of Non-profit organization towards social enterprise operation pattern to propose its practice managerial experience's enlightenment generally.
