農業研究人員專業知識交流與分享之研究

摘要

本論文針對農業研究人員專業知識交流與分享進行研究，主要研究目的為：1.探究農業研究人員獲取專業知識之管道及學術傳播；2.探討農業研究人員專業知識分享現況及所遭遇之困難及其解決之道；3.分析農業研究機構知識流動模式；4.探究農業研究機構對於組織經驗傳承之作法；5.綜合研究結果，提供農業研究機構圖書館提供服務的方向。本論文採用深度訪談法，針對八位農業研究人員進行深度訪談，其後將資料予以歸納分析、編碼與詮釋，最後作結果呈現。
研究者分析資料後以「個人專業知識與學術傳播」、「組織專業知識分享與傳承」、「虛擬社群與部落格之知識分享」、「農業知識流動模式」、以及「農業研究機構圖書館提供之服務」等節呈現研究結果。
根據研究結果，研究者提出了八項結論，分別為：1.豐富的人際網絡有助於研究人員專業知識獲得及分享；2.研究機構及學會網站為獲取專業資訊主要來源；3.農業研究機構專業知識分享以人與人互動為主；4.學術研討會提供農業研究人員知識分享之場域；5.組織知識分享遭遇困難-領導者風格；6.農業知識流動模式是直線、連結及網絡三種模式共存；7.農業知識演進過程是一不間斷的循環；8.農業研究人員對虛擬社群及部落格的使用需求不高；8.圖書館提供傳統服務並傳承組織智慧資產。
最後，綜合研究所得，研究者對農業研究機構及其所屬圖書館的角色提出建議，並對未來研究提出後續之研究方向。

This paper is focus on agricultural research fellows' professional knowledge gaining and sharing behaviors. The goals of the project are: to analyze how research fellows gain agricultural knowledge and how about their scholarly communications; to understand the current state of research fellows' knowledge sharing behaviors; to know what’s the model of agricultural knowledge flows; and to enhance services provided by agricultural research libraries based on findings from the project.
The investigator interviewed 8 research fellows from different departments at the institute. The findings of this project are: First, the research fellows visit academic association and research organization’s homepages to gain their agricultural knowledge; Second, seminar is important for research fellows because of social networks. Third, face-to-face contact is the most important way to share tacit knowledge; Fourth, leadership and organizational culture are two factors affecting knowledge sharing behaviors; Fifth, the model of agricultural knowledge flow is mixed with linear model, linkage model and network model; Sixth, the library provides traditional services and keeps organizational intellectual assets.
Finally, synthetic study obtained, the researcher gives some suggestions to the Institute and the library and proposes the direction of the further studies.
