我國電機工程技師證照考試內涵與命題趨勢之研究

A Study on The Content and Future Trends of Electrical Engineering Technician Certificate Examination in Taiwan

摘要

本研究旨在瞭解我國電機工程技師證照考試內涵與命題趨勢。研究法採焦點團體專家會議法與半結構式訪談法。首先透過文獻蒐集與整理，建立本研究之理論架構，並參考編製而成「我國電機工程技師證照考試內涵與命題趨勢訪談大綱」、「電機技師基礎職能分析」、「電機技師實務職能分析」，以作為本研究蒐集資料之研究工具。本研究之研究對象為 6 位電機工程技師。專家會議部分，邀請 4 位電機工程技師為參與人員，將會議內容歸納整理；訪談部分，拜訪 6 位電機工程技師，將訪談內容歸納整理；問卷部分以 6 位電機工程技師為施測對象，將其問卷歸納整理，獲致結論如下： 一、我國電機工程技師考試近年來命題之內涵趨勢，主要集中在單一固定題型，有部分題型因此被忽略。 二、我國電機工程技師考試命題與實際職能有落差，因為試題80%均為學科知識，缺少實務內涵。 三、我國電機工程技師未來考試命題方向將實務行內容導入考題。 　　最後，依據研究結論，對我國專門職業及技術人員高等考試電機工程技師考試，提出具體建議，並提供後續研究者相關研究之參考。

The aim of this study is to understand the content and the future trends of electrical engineering technician certificate examination in Taiwan. The expert meeting of focus group and semi-structure interview were used to collect the required data. After literature review, the interview topics, questionnaires for fundamental and practical work competencies of the electrical engineering technician were constructed as the tools for this study. Six electrical engineering technicians were invited as the objects in this study. Four of them attended the expert meeting. A depth interview was conducted individually on six electrical engineering technicians at their office after expert meeting. The results of this study were concluded as the followings:
1. In recent years, the examination of the electrical engineering technician in Taiwan mainly concentrated in a single kind of questions, and some other kinds of questions were ignored.
2. There is a gap between the examination content and the practical competencies of the electrical engineering technician in Taiwan. In the examination, over eighty percentages are subject knowledge, and lack of practical competencies.
3. There is the need to increase practical questions in the future examination of the electrical engineering technician in Taiwan.
Based on the above results, some recommendations were made to the professional and technical personnel examination of the electrical engineering technician in Taiwan.
