特殊教育學校教師工作壓力、壓力因應方式與工作倦怠之研究~以台北市某特教學校為例

摘要


本論文採問卷調查,探討特殊教育學校教師工作壓力、壓力因應方式與工作倦怠之關係,以台北市某特教學校教師為對象,有效樣本為100人,回收率95%。應用單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關與複迴歸等統計方法進行分析。主要發現如下: 1. 教師的整體工作壓力為中等程度以上,以社會支持與工作負荷的壓力較大。 2. 教師在面對壓力時,主要因應方式為解決問題,其次依序為屈服問題及休閒活動、,最少使用的是情緒調適或逃避問題。 3. 教師的整體工作倦怠感中等程度以下,依序為低個人成就、情緒耗竭及無人性化。 4. 教師背景因素中,女性教師在社會支持的壓力大於男性;年齡上以40歲以上者的工作壓力較小;教育程度上,碩士者的壓力大於學士者;任教年資以16年以上者的壓力較小;特教年資以11年以上者的壓力較小;教師兼導師在工負荷上的壓力感大於教師兼行政及巡迴教師;任教階段別中,以國中部教師的工作壓力較大;任教理由為所學相符者的壓力大於興趣理想者;0個子女數的教師在學生問題的壓力大於2個子女數以上的教師。 5. 專業知能、學生問題、工作負荷、社會支持及整體工作壓力與屈服問題呈現正相關;整體工作壓力與逃避問題呈現正相關。 6. 屈服問題與情緒耗竭、無人性化、低個人成就、整體工作倦怠呈現正相關。 7. 教師工作壓力與工作倦怠整體間呈現正相關。 8. 工作壓力與屈服問題對工作倦怠有預測力。

In this paper, questionnaire surveys on the special education school teachers work pressure, the pressure in response to the way the relationship between burnout and work to Taipei in a special education school teachers targeted, effective sample of 100 people, 95 percent recovery rate. Application of one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regression analysis and other statistical methods. The major findings are as follows: 1. Teachers work as a whole more than moderate pressure to the workload of social support and greater pressure. 2. Teachers in the face of pressure, the main way in response to solve the problem, followed by yield and leisure activities, at least, is the use of emotion regulation, or of evading the problem. 3. Teacher burnout overall level below the middle, then lower the individual achievements of emotional exhaustion and inhuman. 4. Teacher background factors, the pressure on women than men; age above 40 years of age to work less stressful; education degree, master's degree are greater than the pressure; teaching years to 16 years less than the pressure; years of special education to 11 years less than the pressure; teachers and mentors in the work load is greater than the pressure on the sense of teachers and peripatetic teachers and Chief Executive; to teach in other stages to the work of teachers in central pressure; to teach the reasons for the The school is greater than the pressure in line with those persons interested in the ideal; 0 number of children the issue of teachers in students the pressure is greater than the number of children for more than two teachers. 5. Professional knowledge and skills, student problems, workload, social support and the overall issue of work pressure and yield a positive correlation; and avoid the whole issue of work pressure showed a positive correlation. 6. Yield problems and emotional exhaustion, inhuman, and low personal accomplishment, on the whole showed a positive correlation burnout. 7. Teacher stress and job burnout showed a positive correlation between overall. 8. Yield stress and burnout issues have predictive power.
