台北縣市國民中學兼任總務行政職務教師工作壓力及因應策略之研究

A Study on the Job Stress and Coping Strategies of the Junior High Schools’ Director of General Affairs in Taipei Area

摘要


本研究旨在探討台北縣市國民中學兼任總務行政職務教師的工作壓力及因應策略,並探討不同個人背景變項(性別、總務主任年資、專業背景、學校規模、服務區域)的國中總務主任工作壓力及因應策略的差異情形。採用問卷調查法,以台北縣市國民中學總務主任為普查對象,共計發出問卷125份,回收有效問卷120份,可用率為96%。統計方法則使用次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析及Scheffe’法進行事後比較等方法加以分析及進行考驗,並獲致以下結論。 壹、台北縣市總務主任對工作壓力的感受,以「工作負荷」的壓力最大,研究發現工作壓力構面由高至低依序是:工作負荷、專業知能、角色衝突、人際關係。 貳、台北縣市總務主任對因應策略的採用以「解決問題」最多,研究發現因應策略構面的調適由高至低依序是:解決問題、尋求支持、情緒調適、延宕處理。 參、台北縣市總務主任面對工作壓力,因不同背景因素而有顯著差異。 肆、台北縣市總務主任會因不同背景因素而採用不同的因應策略,達顯著差異。 伍、台北縣市總務主任工作壓力與因應策略呈現顯著負相關的情形。 關鍵字:總務主任、工作壓力、因應策略

The paper aimed to understand the Job Stress and Coping Strategies to the work pressures of teachers at General Affairs of junior high schools and to discuss the differences and mutual influences of various background elements (such as sex, work years, background, school size, and service area) on he Job Stress and Coping Strategies of the teachers. The study was made in questionnaire survey with the target of teachers at General Affairs of public junior high schools in Taipei City and County. A total of 125 questionnaires were issued with 120 valid questionnaires received. Survey availability is 96%. The statistical analysis is based on frequency distribution, percentage, mean standard deviation, t test, One-way ANOVA, and Schaffer’s, etc. We have the following conclusions: 1. Teachers at General Affairs of junior high schools in Taipei City and County have the most serious pressure of “workload” in the Job stress. The pressures of following next are professional competency, role conflict, and relationships. 2. Teachers at General Affairs of junior high schools in Taipei City and County can effectively adopt countermeasures to encounter Job stress and the most common countermeasure is “problem-solving”. The following next are support search, emotional adjustment, and delayed treatment. 3. Teachers at General Affairs of junior high schools in Taipei City and County have different levels of the Job stress due to different backgrounds. 4. Teachers at General Affairs of junior high schools in Taipei City and County of different backgrounds have different countermeasures and different backgrounds have mutual influences on work pressure of the teachers. 5. The Job stress of teachers at General Affairs of junior high schools has negative association with countermeasures. Key word: Director of General Affairs、Job Stress 、 Job Stress
