體育專業背景國中校長生涯轉換歷程之敘說研究

摘要
本研究主要目的在於瞭解體育專業背景校長生涯轉換歷程，及邁向校長之路的關鍵因素。主要的研究方法為敘說研究法，藉由說故事的方式，讓研究參與者能回到自己身上，去重新發掘生涯決定歷程的重大事件及關鍵因素。依據三位參與者的敘說分析，歸納研究結論如下：
一、邁向校長之路的關鍵因素：
（1）個人抱負與理想
（2）自我能力的評估與認知
（3）行政經歷的完整性與工作的思維和態度
（4）自我精進的上進心與在職進修的能力
（5）熱忱奉獻的心境
（6）人際關係影響
（7）重大他人影響
（8）工作環境影響
（9）組織功能影響
（10）個人曝光度、能見度
二、校長應具備的條件與研究參與者特質相符合的有：身心健康、品德良好、堅守原則、主動積極、善於溝通、人際關係、忍受挫折、能力要強、有親和力、樂觀的態度、堅毅的力量、熱忱、反省能力、有擔當、不推卸責任。

Abstract
The main purpose of this study is to understand the physical process of career transition professional background of principals, and principals of the road towards the key factor. The main research methods for the narrative research method, through story-telling way, so that study participants can return to their body, to re-discover a major event in career decision making process and the key factor. Based on three participants in narrative analysis, summarized conclusions of the study are as follows：
First, the road heads towards the key factors:
(1) personal aspirations and ideals
(2) Self-Assessment and cognitive ability
(3) Administrative experience the integrity and the work of thinking and attitude of
(4) self-motivated and sophisticated ability-job training
(5) The enthusiasm and dedication of the state of mind
(6) interpersonal influence
(7) significant influence of others
(8) the impact the working environment
(9) organizational functions impact
(10) Personal exposure and visibility
Second, principals should have the conditions and characteristics of sports people in line are: physical and mental health, moral good, stick to our principles, the main
Dynamic positive, good communication, interpersonal relations, endure frustration, ability to be strong, there is affinity, optimistic attitude, Kennedy Yi's forces,enthusiasm, ability to reflect, there is play, not shirk their responsibilities.
