國民中學職業試探課程學生學習成果滿意度之研究

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解國中學生參與職業試探課程之學習情形,企圖由課程內容和安排方式瞭解學生的學習感知,做為後續職業試探課程規劃的參考。本研究依教育部學習分區以立意選取全國30所國中,每校20位學生為調查對象,以自編之「國中職業試探課程學習滿意度問卷」調查學生在「自我覺察」、「生涯覺察」及「生涯規劃」、「課程安排與設計」、「教師教學」、「學習環境與設備」等六構面的學習滿意度。問卷共回收522份,有效回收率為85%。問卷經SPSS For Windows統計軟體進行描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析等分析處理結果,歸納的結論如下: 一、國民中學學生對職業試探課程整體學習滿意度傾向「滿意」程度。 二、國民中學學生對職業試探課程各構面學習滿意度傾向「滿意」程度。六個構面中,以「生涯覺察」構面的滿意度最高;「課程安排與設計」構面的滿意度最低。 三、學生之「性別」、「學業成績」對職業試探課程學習滿意度並無顯著差異之發現。 四、學生之撫養人或父母的「教育程度」及「職業類別」,對職業試探課程學習滿意度有顯著差異。 五、職業試探課程之「實施方式」對學生學習滿意度有顯著差異,以實作方式進行學習的學習滿意度高於以參觀方式或融入課程方式。   最後,本研究除根據研究結論對主管教育行政機關、學校提出建議外,認為國中職業試探課程宜透過教育部的「高中職適性學習社區教育資源均質化實施方案」,落實國中與職校的資源分享,提供更多實作學習機會給學生學習。

The purpose of this research was to study the learning satisfaction on vocational exploration and guidance in course of junior high school students by using the the survey on learning satisfaction. By the course content and arrange to understand the student learning awareness. The objective was to use the research for providing the suggestion on the planning and related activities of vocational exploration and guidance in course of junior high schools. The population of this research was the 30 junior high school students have been included in education division for every 20 respondents. To using " The learning satisfaction in vocational exploration of the junior high school students" as a research tool to explore the students in "self awareness", "career awareness", and "career planning", "curriculum and Design", " teaching", "learning environment and equipment, "the six dimensions of learning satisfaction. Through questionnaire investigation, out of 600 questionnaires distributed, 522copies were recovered. The successful rate was 85.9%. Survey data using SPSS For Windows statistical software, descriptive statistics, independent sample T-test, one-way ANOVA, analysis of data processing. According to the findings, conclusions drawn from this study are as follows: 1. Junior high school students studying vocational exploratory course overall satisfaction tend to " medial-above " level. 2. Junior high schools test students in courses on vocational exploratory satisfaction with the dimensions of learning tend to "medial-above" level. Six dimensions, the "career awareness" aspect, the highest level of satisfaction; "course arrangement" aspect, the lowest level of satisfaction. 3. The students of "gender", "school achievement" on the vocational exploratory satisfaction of testing there was no significant difference was found. 4. The dependents or parents of "education" and "occupation", significant differences were found with the courses to vocational exploratory satisfaction. 5. The course of the vocational exploratory" implementation types" on student learning satisfaction were significantly different. The type of hands-on learning for the study was good in the level of learning satisfaction than visit or into the curriculum. Finally, this research conclusion has not only given suggestion to education administrations and schools, which thinks outside the suggestions of vocational education curriculum should be practiced by the" homogenizing upper-level secondary education project", but also shared of resources by vocational schools, to provide more practical learning opportunities for students to learn.
