This study employed literature review and questionnaire surveys,by choosing the C telecom company as a case study,The total usable number of questionnaires returned was 235.The objects of the study include, first, to make the comparison of the personnel background variable between the aspects in Succession Planning, Knowledge Transfer, Motivation, job satisfaction,second, realize the effect of succession planning on knowledge transfer, motivation and job satisfaction, Finally, discuss if the motivation and knowledge transfer will affect job satisfaction by having the variable of the succession planning. The suggestions based on the research analysis provided for organizations.
