The purpose of this study was to explore the participants’ experiences of Osho mediation to understand the occurrences of their mediation process, their transformation and healing experiences, and the effects on the participants’ life and their body-mind-spirit. This study investigated three participants by adapting qualitative analysis in terms of one in-depth interview. The results of the text which was transferred from the interviews are as the follows: The Osho meditation process of those participants shows a spiral upward cycle, and four patterns are presented in the process: the initial state of the inner and outer balance before transformation, the beginning of transformation from the interruption of the balance and the attempt to keep balance, the construction of a new balance to gradually transfer their life pattern, and the completion of the construction of the new balance. Pain, the mechanics of physical feedbacks, and seeking for the meaning of life stimulate the development of the inner forces, which excite and lead the development of mediation process. The transformation and healing experiences of the participants include four aspects: first, the beginning of transformation and healing experiences right after the first mediation; second, the complete physical and mental expressions, which are the foundation of mediation and healing. Third, pain brings change in the process of transformation and healing. The significance of pain includes transformation of physical suffering, self-critical pain, pain of missing the meaning of meditation. Fourth, the core experiences of transformation and healing are to see, accept and let go. The effects of the transformation and healing experience in Osho mediation process on those participants are: the physical relaxation from meditation makes the flow of physical energy stronger; meditation promotes the ability of awareness, settles the emotions, and helps find out self-identity; meditation may also help the participants to be more able to engage in their favorite work and make their personal relationships better. To sum up, the overall process of those participants’ meditation is the way to integrate their own selves. The above research results, study limitation, suggestions and reflections may be for the references of some meditators, counselors, and other researchers.
