創意社區創意成分的探究分析-從成員.歷程.產品.環境四個向度分析汐止夢想社區

摘要


許多人可能無法理解,為了住進這樣好玩、搞怪的汐止夢想社區,願意參加全台僅有的住戶面試,獻出自己的時間、精力去製作活動道具、裝扮上街遊行跳舞。這樣的作法讓人不可思議,但是他們深信找到對創意生活有共識、敢夢想、勇於追夢的人,比一切重要。 本研究透過質性研究方式,觀察、訪談及專家學者創造力成分評測分析,萃取汐止夢想社區展現的創意特質,結合應證創意四P(成員、歷程、產品、環境)之觀點。本研究發現及所得結論如下: 壹、發現 一、領導者理念獨特、堅持目標理念作法。 二、社區居民觀感不一。 三、參與者(追隨者)獲得成就感與滿足。 (一)基金會工作人員協助領導者引發追隨效應。 (二)讓參與者沉浸其中(四階段歷程疑惑期、探索期、適應期、收穫期)。 四、經歷過的歷程都彌足珍貴。 五、社區產出有形與無形的創意產品。 六、社區環境圍繞創意氛圍。 貳、結論 一、創意(創造力)內隱特質能在社區活動中培養。 二、社區創意(創造力)歷程多樣。 三、具創意(創造力)產品特性,價值因人而異。 四、社區居民與創意(創造力)環境及生活氛圍相互影響。 五、汐止夢想社區具備創造力特質。

Many people may not understand, in order to live in this fun, Funny Hsichih Dream Community, Taiwan's only willing to participate in household interviews, gave their time and energy to the production activities of props, dress took to the streets to dance. This incredible approach, but they believe life to find consensus on the creative, dare to dream, dare to Dream of the people, than all important. This study qualitative research, observation, interview and evaluation component of creative experts, extraction Hsichih dream creative community to show the characteristics of four knots and should be creative card P (person, process, products, place) of the point of view. The findings and conclusions are as follows: 1. Found (1) The unique concept of leadership, and uphold the objectives of the concept Bingzhe practices. (2) Different perceptions of community residents. (3) The participants (followers) to obtain a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. A. The Foundation staff to assist leaders to follow the effects of lead B. Enable participants to immerse them (four-stage process of doubt, exploration stage, the adaptation period, harvest). (4)The course experienced are valuable. (5)The community of creative output of tangible and intangible products. (6)The community environment around the creative atmosphere. 2.
