臺北市國中生網路使用行為、網路沈迷與生活適應之相關研究

A Study on the Relations among the Behaviors of Internet Using, Internet Addiction and Life Adjustment in Junior High School in Taipei City

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺北市國中生網路使用行為、網路沈迷與生活適應之相關研究。本研究採立意抽樣方式,以調查研究法進行問卷資料蒐集,共抽取臺北市12所公立國中(含完全中學國中部)七、八、九年級男女學生,有效樣本共966人(男生484人,女生482人)。研究工具包括『網路使用行為』、『網路沈迷量表』及『中學生生活適應量表』。所得資料以獨立樣本t檢定、單因子多變量變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析與典型相關分析等統計方法進行分析處理,研究結果如下: 一、就國中生在網路沉迷與生活適應的現況而言,網路沉迷的傾向不高,生活適應情況大致良好。 二、不同性別、年級、家長教育程度的國中生在網路沈迷的傾向上有顯著差異。 三、不同性別、年級、家長教育程度的國中生在生活適應上有顯著差異。 四、每週不同上網時數的國中生在網路沈迷、生活適應上有顯著差異。 五、國中生使用網路活動『聊天交友類』、『生活休閒類』、『線上遊戲』的頻繁度與網路沈迷具有顯著正相關;『教育學習類』的頻繁度與網路沈迷具顯著負相關。 六、國中生的網路沈迷與生活適應具顯著負相關。 七、網路沈迷高危險群之國中生在『家庭適應』、『人際關係』、『自我意識』分層面上和低危險群有顯著差異。 最後,研究者依據本研究結果加以討論,並提出具體建議以做為國中生輔導工作及未來研究參考。

The purpose of this study is to explore the relations among the behavior of Internet using, Internet addiction and life adjustment in junior high school in Taipei City. Stratified random sampling was adopted in the research ,and a survey study was conducted to collect data from the questionnaires. Seventh,eighth,and ninth grade students from 12 public schools in Taipei City(including junior high school students from complete secondary schools) were sampled .There are 966 effective samples(484 boys and 482 girls).The tools of the research include “the Internet Using Behavior Questionnaire”,“ Internet Addiction Scale”, and “Life Adjustment Scale”.Data retrieved were analysis with statistic methods like independent samples t-test, multivariate analysis of variance,Pearson Product-Moment correlation,and canonical correlation analysis,etc. The result are as follows: 1. As a whole, the lower the scores of Internet addiction of junior high schoolstudents; the better the scores of life adjustment. 2. The Internet addiction tendency of junior high school students was significantly different with genders,grades and parent education. 3. The life adjustment of junior high school students was significantly different with genders,grades and parent education. 4. Junior high school students with different weekly Internet using hours were significantly different in Internet addiction and life adjustment. 5. There was a significant positive correlation between Internet addiction and junior high school students’ frequencies of Internet activities on categories of chatting, entertainments, on-line games. There was a significant negative correlation between Internet addiction and junior high school students’ frequency of Internet activities on category of education. 6.There was a significant negative correlation between Internet Addiction and Life Adjustment. 7. Junior high school students who are in high risk in Internet addiction are significantly different from who are in low risk on levels of 『family adjustment』,『relationships』,『self-awareness』. Finally,the researcher had a discussion based on the results of the research,and offered specific suggestions for the refence of the practice of guidance for junior high school students and future researches.
