高職學校學生對實習場所危害風險的覺知之研究--以新北市穀保家商為例

摘要


本研究旨在 探討高職學校(簡稱高職)學生對實習場所危害風險之覺知,採網路問卷的形式進行問卷調查,歷時二週,共回收550份有效問卷(回收率87.44%),經由SPSS統計軟體以描述性分析、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關,並以迴歸分析驗證研究假設,以探討高職學生之青少年自我中心特質對實習場所危害風險之影響。   本研究之結果,發現不同性別及科別之高職學生對實習場所危害風險覺知有顯著差異,其中男性學生之危害風險覺知高於女性,且資處科學生對危害風險的覺知程度最高,商經科學生則最低;高職學生之青少年自我中心對實習場所危害風險之覺知具有正向顯著影響。依據本研究結果,建議高職學校應重視學生的青少年自我中心特質,並依據性別及科別之差異,進行妥善的實習場所安全規劃及宣導,以降低學生處於實習場所之危害風險。

The main purpose of this study is to explore the influence of the study of students perspectives of senior vocational school toward hazard risk in practice workplace- sampled on Ku-Pao home economics & commercial high school, New Taipei city. This study collected data from on-line questionnaires of senior vocational school’s student. A total of 550 questionnaires were collected. Through the usage of descriptive statistics analysis, t-test, Pearson product-moment correlation, one-way analysis of variance, and regression analysis, all the datas were analized.   The primary findings indicate that significant difference in different genders and departments to hazard risk perception in practice workplace of vocational high school’s students, male students are higher than female ones; students of Data Processing Department have the highest perception but students of Business management Department have the lowest perception. A significant difference was also found in adolescent egocentrism to hazard risk perception in practice workplace of vocational high school’s students.   The researcher suggests that the vocational schools should pay attention to adolescent egocentrism of vocational high school’s students, and according to gender and department conduct the proper practice workplace safety planning and advocacy, to reduce students’ hazard risk in workplace.
