以知識經濟之觀點探討高職校長領導困境及其積極作為之調查研究

摘要


本研究旨在以知識經濟之觀點探討高職校長領導困境及其積極作為。主要 採用「文獻分析法」、「深度訪談法」、「專家會議法」以及「問卷調查法」四種方 法進行研究。首先採文獻分析法蒐集研究相關文獻資料,用以設計研究架構及發 展深度訪談與調查問卷初稿。 再者邀請六位高職之校長實施深度訪談,主要目的在於瞭解校長動態實務經驗之實證感受,彌補文獻資料之僵化或不足,並藉以建構校長領導遭遇的困境之問題,以及實施問卷調查內涵之專家諮詢。 再來邀請學者教授與高職校長、主任及教師針對本研究所擬定之研究目的、方法及所發展之問卷調查表實施專家檢核審查與指導修訂。 最後,針對研究調查對象高職學校之校長、主任、組長及教師選取全國高職共40所680個樣本寄發問卷,回收有效問卷542份。問卷資料以t-考驗及單因子變異數分析(ANOVA)等統計方法進行統計分析。 本研究獲得以下結論: 一、知識經濟的意義,歸納為1.以人為主體2.創新與發展;知識經濟之內涵,可從1.人才培育2.知識流通3.學習方式4.創新精神5.組織發展6. 終身學習等六個個方向說明。 二、知識經濟時代之校長領導角色,從1.學校整體組織2.學校教職員工3.學生4.社區5.自己等五個方向共19個角色。 三、校長領導困境,歸納為1.教師會2.教評會3.家長會4.校長遴選制度5.經費預算拮据6.凝聚共識困難7.政策制度不明 8.民主法治素養不足。 四、校長領導之積極作為,從1.願景塑造2.組織文化3.學習型組織4.科技運用5.知識管理6.終身學習等六個構面35個內涵問卷調查分析,獲得不同背景因素對高職校長領導之積極作為的看法。 本研究根據上述研究結論,分別對「教育主管機關」、「現任校長」、「有志於擔任校長者」及「後續研究者」提出具體建議。

The purpose of the study was to investigate vocational high school principal’s leading difficulties and coping strategies from knowledge-based economy view-point. The methodologies used in the study were literature review﹐in-depth interview﹐expert panels﹐and questionnaire survey. First﹐to find out literature data related to the study issue was to design study frame and to develop questionnaire into in-depth interview and questionnaire survey. And then inviting six vocational high school principals to implement the in-depth interview, its major purpose is to understand the practical feeling for dynamic practical experience, and compensate for the rigidity or shortage of documents, and destruct the problems that the principals encountered in the difficulties, and the expertise counseling for implementing the questionnaire survey. Moreover﹐inviting scholars﹐vocational high school principals﹐dean﹐and senior teacher hold a session that check and revise purposes﹐methodologies﹐questionnaire contexts of study. The survey was performed on 40 public vocational high schools﹐680 questionnaires were posted. A total of 542 effective questionnaires were returned. The statistical methods used in the study were t-test and one way analysis of variance(one way ANOVA). The conclusions of study were as follows: 1. The sense of knowledge-based economy included two parts:talent incubate , innovation development;The connotations of knowledge-based economy included six parts:nurturing﹐knowledge flow﹐way to learn﹐innovation spirit﹐organization development, lifetime learning. 2. The leading roles of principal in knowledge-based economy era was considered from :school organization, school participant, student, community, principal himself five direction, in which included nineteen roles 。 3. The leading difficulties of principal included eight parts:teacher association﹐committee of teacher selection and evaluation﹐parent association﹐principal’s voting institution﹐insufficiency of budget﹐difficulty to make consensus﹐unclear policy and institution﹐insufficiency of democracy and law literacy. 4. To get coping strategies of principal’s leading from different background factors. This study included six parts:vision shaping﹐organization culture﹐learning organization﹐use technology﹐knowledge management﹐lifetime learning. Totally six levels and thirty-five questionnaire survey contents analysis. In finally﹐according to conclusions﹐researcher provided some suggestions from educational administrative agencies﹐current principals﹐preliminary principals .Moreover﹐It was conducted to suggest follow-up studies in the future.
