大學生運動行為及其相關因素之研究-以國立宜蘭大學學生為例

摘要


摘要 本研究之主要目的為瞭解大學生運動行為現況及探討社會人口學變項、心理社會因素及環境因素與運動行為(規律運動與每週運動量)的關係。本研究以國立宜蘭大學大一、大二全體學生為母群體,採分層隨機集束抽樣法抽出研究樣本,以自填式問卷為研究工具進行資料收集,共獲得有效問卷479份,所得資料以單因子變異數分析、卡方檢定、積差相關、邏輯式迴歸、多元迴歸等統計方法進行分析,重要結果如下: 本校學生從事運動的人口大約有八成,但超過五成的人口從事不規律運動,運動強度以「輕度運動」最多,每週運動量平均為813.3 kcal/week,規運運動者每週運動量大於不規律運動者。運動的種類以少運動技巧、不需花費金錢、可就地取材為主。就改善健康與延長壽命每週必需維持1500~2000kcal的運動量而言,八成五的學生每週運動量不足。影響學生運動行為的因素在人口學變項中,男生、BMI>24、「有」體育館會員証、自覺健康狀況愈好者,規律運動比率及每週的運動量較高。心理社會變項中,自覺運動利益愈高、自覺運動享樂感愈高、運動自我效能愈高、自覺運動障礙愈少及同儕、家人運動社會支持愈高者,其每週運動量愈高。環境因素中,居住地方可使用的運動場地愈多、使用本校運動器材種類愈多者,每週運動量愈高。以邏輯式迴歸分析發現,運動自我效能、社經地位、自覺運動障礙三變項預測規律運動的正確百分比可達76%。以多元迴歸分析發現,運動自我效能、性別、BMI、同儕運動社會支持、自覺運動障礙、體育館會員證等六變項預測每週運動量的共同解釋力為26.6%。 關鍵詞:運動行為、每週運動量

Study on Exercise Behavior and Its Related Factors Among the Students at the National I-Lan University Abstract The purpose of this study was to understand the present status of exercise behavior in first two year undergraduate students and grasp the relationships of exercise behavior (e.g., how the frequency of regular exercise is ?)with respect to the variables of demography, socio-psychological status, and environmental factors. The sampling basis of the study was chosen from the population in the freshman and sophomore year undergraduates of the National I-Lan University. The sample was selected by using a stratified cluster sampling method and the data were collected through a questionnaire survey (479 effective subjects). Significant results through statistical methods (e.g., one-way ANOVA, chi-square test, pearson product moment correlation, logistic regression, multiple regression) revealed that approximately 80% of the samples conducted exercise; however, more than 50% of conducting population was not in a regular basis for exercise. Most were in moderate intensity physical activity (ca. 813.3kcal/wk) and average weekly amount for regular exercise was greater than that for irregular exercise. Major selections for exercise were less technique-required, less cost and in-situ. Provided that regular exercise should be maintained at 1500-2000 kcal/wk for the basic condition of health promotion and life elongation, obviously ca. 85% of students were below this basic requirement. Good exercise behavior of students could be seen in the categories of male population, BMI>24, the membership holder of gymnasium, well perceived status for one,s health, higher percent of regular exercise and weekly amount. Most significant attributes in socio-psychological variables to stimulate weekly exercise were found to be perceived benefit for exercise, perceived exercise enjoyment, self-efficacy and social support for exercise in higher levels and less perceived barrier for exercise. Moreover, higher availability of exercise facility near resident, higher viable exercise varieties on campus all contributed higher weekly exercise quantity as well. Logistic regression clearly showed that self-efficacy and perceived barrier for exercise, socio-economic status provided ca. 76% accuracy in prediction of regular exercise. Multiple regression also indicated that self-efficacy, social support and perceived barrier for exercise, gender, BMI, membership to use gymnasium hall provided a prediction power in common at ca. 26.6%。 Key words:exercise behavior, weekly amount for regular exercise
