新設學校規劃設計與使用評估之研究--以桃園縣立同德國民中學為例

摘要


本研究探討同德國中學校建築規劃設計理念、使用者用後的滿意程度及改進意見,以作為日後相關學校建築的參考。從設計規劃、校舍空間滿意度、使用行為等面向來了解教職員生不同背景變項的實際使用者的需求及評估是否符合學校建築發展的趨勢。本研究採「用後評估」(post-occupancy evaluation,簡稱POE )的理念,藉由問卷調查與訪談的方法,以桃園縣立同德國民中學為研究範圍,對教職員工採普查方式,學生採分層隨機比例抽樣,共發出673份問卷,回收有效問卷623份,有效問卷回收率為92.57%,進而以描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析及相依樣本t考驗等統計方式來分析各項統計資料。依上述研究目的與方法,對同德國中用後評估所獲致的結論敘述如下: 壹、同德國中學校建築符合「整體規劃」的原則及具有「無障礙空間」設施的特色。 貳、整體而言,同德國中使用者對學校建築的滿意度屬於中度滿意,其中教職員工對「校園校舍裝修」滿意度最高,對「教學空間及設備」滿意度較低;學生對「專科教室」滿意度最高,對「班級教室」滿意度較低。 參、校園空間普遍受到教職員生的喜歡,但是使用效率不如預期,應加強管理及鼓勵措施,提高使用效益。 肆、學校建築整體使用及規劃符合教職員工需求。 伍、受試學生的背景因素影響對學校建築整體的滿意程度。 陸、同德國中學校建築的相關問題,包括校舍迴音、教室空間及配置等。 本研究根據研究結果加以討論,並提出改進之建議,期望可提供日後學校建築使用及規劃上之參考。

This research attempts to explore the concepts embedded in the TUNG-DE JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL construction and planning and its feedback on the extent of user’s satisfaction in order to be referenced in related school architectures in the future. From the aspects of the design planning, satisfaction of school space, and utilization behavior, it further interprets the various backgrounds of the practical users’ needs and evaluates whether it fits the developmental trend of school architecture. This research implements the notion of post-occupancy evaluation, and follows the methodology of survey questionnaires. It covers the sample area of TUNG-DE JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL and surveyed both the faculty and student bodies. Student samples are conducted through the method of stratified sampling. In total 673 questionnaires are sent out and we collected 623 effective questionnaires with a 92.57% effective response rate. Consequently, we performed statistical analysis by using descriptive statistics, t-test,one-way ANOVA and paired-sample t-test. Based on aforementioned methodologies, it concludes the following with regards to the after-use evaluation on Tung-De Junior High School: 1. Tung-De Junior High School meets the principles of overall planning and has the special character of non-obstacle space facilities. 2. As a whole, users of Tung-De Junior High School maintain a medium satisfaction of the school architecture. Specifically, the faculty members show a highest satisfaction level toward the decoration of the school buildings and a lowest satisfaction of teaching space and facilities. The students reveal a highest satisfaction level toward specialized classrooms, but a lowest satisfaction level toward average classrooms. 3. School campus buildings is widely recognized and appreciated by faculty members and students, but the usage rate is below our initial expectation. The next step should be focusing on enhancing management and carrying out encouraging policies, trying to raise the benefits of using the campus buildings. 4.The overall usage of school architectures and planning meets the requirements of faculty members and students. 5. the background of the surveyed students is a key factor in their satisfaction level. 6. It reveals other relevant problems for Tung-De Junior High School, including the echoes between school building, the space for classrooms and relevant equipment facilities, and so forth. This research’s concluding remarks are based on the research results, and it comes up with suggestions for further improvement. Hopefully, it could be used as a reference for school buildings’ usage and planning in the near future.
