公園休閒遊憩者設施使用需求與滿意度之研究-以花蓮縣立運動公園為例

摘要

近年來國人健康意識抬頭，對於運動休閒之需求提升，政府亦積極推展全民運動、廣建休閒運動設施欲滿足民眾多元需求。運動公園設施設計雖以滿足民眾需求為考量，相關研究卻顯示使用率偏低，許多空間仍屬閒置狀態。因此，本研究以花蓮縣立運動公園休閒遊憩者做為研究對象，採用問卷調查方式，以隨機抽樣方式進行，希望藉此瞭解休閒遊憩者在設施使用需求與滿意度之間的關係。問卷發放時間為2008年3月1日至3月20日，總計得到465份有效問卷，所得資料利用描述性統計、信度分析、因素分析、卡方檢定、單因子變異數分析法、Scheffe事後考驗法、典型相關分析。依實際調查結果得知：一、休閒遊憩者對公園設施可及性與維護需求程度最高，而設施規劃適切性需求程度最低；二、設施空間氛圍為休閒遊憩者帶來較高滿意度，而在設施可及性與維護上，滿意度最低；三、受到運動設施規劃的適切性影響，導致教育程度越高、持續參與時間越長之休閒遊憩者需求程度較高；四、受到運動設施規劃的適切性影響，且各設施所提供的活動與服務的感受程度、空間氛圍、使用設施可及性與維護的不同，不同教育程度、持續參與時間、交通時間、友伴及時段之休閒遊憩者，其使用滿意度有顯著差異；五、運動公園休閒遊憩者使用設施需求對其使用滿意度具有典型相關存在，且設施使用需求中的「活動與服務的感受程度」分別為影響「活動與服務的感受程度」使用滿意度之主要因素。故建議運動公園應加強設施之維護與管理之機制以及活動之舉辦，以做為花蓮縣立運動公園未來在設施改善或增設相關設施之參考依據。

The purpose of this study was to examine the demand and the satisfaction of using the Hualian County Sport Park. The subjects of the research were the users of Hualian County Sport Park. In order to know the relationship between the users’ demand of facilities and the satisfaction of users, the random sampling method was used for the research which a total of 465 questionnaires were collected. The conclusions were as follows: a.) the demand of facility accessibility and the facility maintenance were the highest; the demand of facility suitability was the lowest. b.) the space and atmosphere of the facility accounted for higher degree of satisfaction for the users, but the facility accessibility and the facility maintenance were the lowest . c.) users who had higher level of education and longer time of participation accounted for higher demand of the facilities. d) there were significant differences in usage satisfaction among users of different level of education, participation time, transportation time, accompany of friends and the time section. e.) the “users’ perception for the active and the service” of use demand best explained “users’ perception for the active and the service” of use satisfaction.
According to above findings, it can be to set up intact maintenance mechanism of management for Hualian County Sport Park, and to plan suits each person's activity.
