隨著全球氣候不斷變遷,許多企業主動積極進行環境管理,除了可以提高企業形象,亦可 獲得嶄新的市場機會。本研究以台灣製造業為研究母體,探討綠色共同願景與環保組織文化對 於綠色產品開發績效之影響,其中以綠色吸收能力為中介變數。主要研究目的為:(一)綠色共 同願景對綠色吸收能力之影響;(二)綠色共同願景對綠色產品開發績效之影響;(三)環保組織 文化對綠色吸收能力之影響;(四)環保組織文化對綠色產品開發績效之影響;(五)綠色吸收能 力對綠色產品開發績效之影響。本研究採隨機發放問卷方式,並使用結構方程模式進行分析。 研究結果顯示,綠色共同願景與環保組織文化對綠色吸收能力均有正向影響,而綠色吸收 能力對綠色產品開發績效也具有正向影響,本研究發現綠色共同願景對綠色產品績效之影響中 ,綠色吸收能力具完全中介效果、環保組織文化對綠色產品績效之影響中,綠色吸收能力具部 份中介效果,顯示綠色吸收能力為企業進行綠色產品開發績效的重要因素,於本研究最後提出 實務管理意涵,並擬定企業推行綠色策略之具體建議。 關

English Abstract

With the rising concerns of global warming, firms undertaking proactive environmental management can not only improve corporate images, but also develop new markets. This study which was conducted in the manufacturing industry in Taiwan, Exploring the Influences of green shared vision and environmental organizational culture on green product development performance: the mediation effect of green absorptive capacity. There are five purposes in this study, including the influence of green shared vision on green absorptive capacity, the influence of green shared vision on green product development performance, the influence of environmental organizational culture on green absorptive capacity, the influence of environmental organizational culture on green product development performance and the influence of green absorptive capacity on green product development performance. The empirical results of this study showed that green shared vision and environmental organizational culture had positive effects on green absorptive capacity. While green absorptive capacity would positive effect green product development performance. Furthermore, the study indicates that the relationship between green shared vision and green product development performance is partially mediated by green absorptive capacity. Based on the above findings, a range of managerial implications for environmental strategies are discussed.
