金融機構為因應全球經濟環境發展及金融商品服務日趨多元化的激烈競爭,必須整合資訊科技應用及組織變革活動以適應環境變化,追求更高的獲利與組織績效。本研究以金融機構為例探討資訊科技應用、組織變革與組織績效之間的關聯性,經實證研究結果如下: 一、 資訊科技應用對組織績效具有顯著的正向影響。 二、 組織變革對組織績效具有顯著的正向影響。 三、 組織結構變革對組織績效具有顯著的正向影響。 四、 組織技術變革對組織績效具有顯著的正向影響。 五、 組織人員變革對組織績效具有顯著的正向影響。 六、 資訊科技應用與組織人員變革的交互作用對組織績效有顯著影響。 根據上述研究結果,資訊科技應用與組織變革對組織績效有顯著影響,金融機構在促進組織績效的同時,應整合性地考量資訊科技與組織變革整合運用,在進行資訊科技應用及組織變革的過程,必須對員工充分的教育訓練且詳實的向員工說明資訊科技應用流程以及組織變革內容及優點,避免變革造成員工不適應和抱怨感的產生,消除員工的不確定感、抗拒、顧慮和恐懼,降低變革的負面衝擊,以提升員工因應變革及資訊科技應用能力,為企業創造競爭優勢,增進組織績效。
In response to the development of global economic environment and fierce competition of diversification in the service of financial products, financial institutions should integrate the information technology and organizational change activities to adapt to environment change, get more and more profit and enhance organizational performance. This research is an empirical study of a domestic financial institutions in Taiwan to discuss the relationship between information technology, organizational change and organizational performance, and the results show that: 1. Information technology has a positive influence on organizational performance. 2. Organizational change has a positive influence on organizational performance. 3. Organizational structure change has a positive influence on organizational performance. 4. Technological change has a positive influence on organizational performance. 5. Personnel change has a positive influence on organizational performance. 6. Information technology and Personnel change have an interactive effect on organizational performance. Based on these results, that is, both information technology and organizational change have positive influence on organizational performance, financial institutions should consider integration of information technology and organizational change application while enhancing organizational performance, and ensure adequate training for staff, and provide detailed instructions about application process of information technology, content and advantage of organizational change which application in information technology and organizational change, in case of maladjustment and complaint, and in order to eliminate uncertainty, dispute, scrupulosity and fear. and reduce negative impact of organizational change, and enhance response capacity to cope with organizational change and information technology, and create competitive advantage for firm, raise the general standard of organizational performance.
