蘭嶼在地產業界發展生態旅遊態度與策略聯盟意向探討

A Study on the Attitude toward Ecotourism and the Inclination to the Strategic Alliance of Industrial Group in Lanyu Island

摘要

蘭嶼為台灣具有珍貴原民文化與生態環境的海洋性島嶼。現今觀光產業持續數量上的發展，若無適當觀光模式導入，則對當地產業發展與生態保育上將帶來衝擊。本研究提出一個融合生態旅遊理念的策略聯盟組織其應具有生態保育、產業參與、文化回饋、跨領域交流、集體記憶醞釀、社區營造、能力建構、態度導向、觀光客體驗之特色。在生態旅遊資源上則應結合傳統文化、自然景觀、生態與文化連結、宗教活動、歷史脈絡、協會組織、資訊提供、當地體驗。

本研究目的為蒐集文獻資料以瞭解蘭嶼具有之生態旅遊資源、產業發展現況與課題；瞭解目前蘭嶼產業界人員的生態旅遊態度與策略聯盟意向，以供作未來推廣生態旅遊的建議。研究對象包含民宿、手工藝、餐飲等產業，調查方式為透過產業名單逐一問卷調查方式進行，總計回收36份產業人員問卷。本研究結果顯示在生態旅遊態度上，認為全體居民、當地組織、政府單位等都應共同維護當地自然生態，而在自然生態的重視度略低於傳統文化、對支持保育回饋金意願亦偏低、在生態旅遊推廣上不佳等情形；在策略聯盟意向上顯示目前蘭嶼產業人員在經營上缺乏行銷管道，且偏好同業聯盟的形式。在訓練課程上則以經營有利為考量。未來應增添生態旅遊與餐飲管理課程，並搭配導覽解說、手工藝訓練課程，促使提高產業界人員對當地傳統文化與自然生態的興趣與彼此互動機會。

Lanyu has the precious aboriginal culture and the ecological environment oceanity islands for Taiwan. Nowadays goes sightseeing the industry development to continue in quantity , if not suitable sightseeing pattern inducts, it will brings the impact on the local industrial development and ecological conservation. This research proposed that a strategy alliance organizes fusion of ecotourism idea,it to have the ecological conservation, industrial participation, culture feedback, interdisciplinary interaction, foster collective memory, community empowering, ability construct, attitude-oriented, tourist experience. The ecotourism resource should includes the traditional culture,natural landscape, the links between ecology and culture,religious activities,historical vein, association organizes, information provide, local experience.
In this research goal is for collection literature material to understand the Lanyu’s ecotourism resources, industrial development present situation and the topic; understanding present Lanyu industrial field personnel's eco-tourism manner and the strategy alliance intention to supply the suggestion about promotes the ecotourism in the future. The target of research includes B&B、handicraft、food and beverage etc.On-site questionnaire survey is applied to investigate according to the list of industrial circles. Total of 36 valid questionnaires were received.
The results of this study reveal that they think all members have the responsility of ecological conservation.They pay more attention to traditional culture than natural ecology;the aspiration of supporting conserveration rebate is low;the ecotourism development is not well.They lack channel of marketing strategy,and prefer to competitive alliances. The choose of training course is for economic consideration.In the future,it should to add ecotourism and food and beverage course,and collocate handicraft and tourism guide course to increase the interest in local traditional culture and nature ecology and interaction of members.
