台北地區動畫產業發展:鄰近性與創意

摘要


全球化的來臨,伴隨著電腦與電子媒體的科技技術發展,動畫形式與國際合作模式越趨多元化,各國政府相繼建立動畫發展政策。此外,以往皆以經濟因素來探討產業群聚,都市產業的空間結構發生轉變後,非經濟之社會文化與制度的探討,才能更客觀與多方面理解產業間之關係。 本研究將以非經濟的角度切入,試圖以鄰近性的理論來透析台北地區動畫產業,其在創意產出與廠商間互動之關係,主要以深度訪談法進行研究分析,挖掘台北地區動畫產業發展的架構與態樣。首先針對動畫產業之內涵,及該產業與空間發展之相關文獻加以分析。其次,歸納出動畫產業吸引於台北地區的三大因素:空間鄰近客戶網絡、廠商間創意擴散、國際連結與資訊通訊基盤完善,並由訪談中瞭解動畫網絡中正式商業關係之下,非正式社會關係的創意互動。最後,深入專案製作過程的四大網絡內涵,其各需要不同程度的鄰近性關係去促使創新與知識流動。 研究結果發現:一、創意的充要條件是來自社會鄰近性,人際間的親密關係可使動畫產業競爭壓力獲得抒解,在動畫製作方面更易激發創意。二、透過專合作引入外來的創意訊息,能改進、提升創意品質及其深度。三、地理鄰近性的互動與溝通,乃創意的生產頻率及其產品競爭的必要條件。

The world is moving into a globalization phase; along with the development of computer and media technology, the animation and international cooperation mode is getting more diverse, which caused governments all over the world to create policies to support the animation industry. Also, formerly all discussed the industry cluster by the economic agent, after the metropolis industry spatial structure had convert, the society of culture and system non- economical discussion should be more external and various to understand the industry relations. This research will be based on non-economical point of view, and by using the proximity theory to analyze animation industry in Taipei Area to output creativity and strengthen the relationship with the supplier. In order to be successful, interview will be used to research, analyze, and discover the structure of the developing animation industry. Second, it’s important to induct the three main reasons why animation industry is based in Taipei area: Close network with client, expand of creativity among suppliers, and sufficient communication and link to the globe. Also, by interview we find the animation network which has nonofficial social relation relates creativity interaction, under the formal relationship. Recently,Thorough animation special case manufacture process four network connotation, its each need varying degree proximity urges the innovation and the knowledge flows. Based on the result from the research, we can conclude that, 1) Creativity derives from the society, because intimate relationship between people will release the tension from the competition in the animation industry. 2) The cooperation with the outside provides creativity, and improves quality and depth. 3) Location and communication are the necessarily keys to productivity and competitiveness.
